Oh yeah, this new series is the prequel of all prequels. It's the prequel that absolutely NO ONE was asking for. It's the prequel that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt no IP is safe from prequels and reboots. Yes, dear reader, I am talking about the prequel series to that iconic 2001 masterpiece Legally Blonde.

This groundbreaking prequel series will follow Elle in her high school days “as we learn about the life experiences that shaped her into the iconic young woman we came to know and love in the first Legally Blonde film.”

You may think that's all you're getting
🎂 BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE 🎂

The is also another Legally Blonde series on the horizon, this one a continuation from the movie(s).

What a great time we live in that we get not only a Legally Blonde prequel series but also a Legally Blonde continuation series on the docket. What a beautiful time, indeed.

Eh, that generation of women keeps eating up Sex And The City stuff, so I suppose there might be an audience.

That doesn't quite make sense, since the point of Legally Blonde was that Elle had been apparently ditzy and underestimated up to the point she gets into Harvard Law. So a high school prequel would show her... being ditzy?

But I really just "liked" the initial post for "Jesum Crow!" 😀

It is so much more cost effective basing something on an existing IP than creating something new.

A YouTube ad wanted my opinion on which of five big movies coming this year I was looking forward to. I think it was three sequels, one spin-off and one TV show adaptation.

Didn't they already try a Clueless reboot?

Why can't they remake Sliders or something fun like that instead 😭

I look forward to witnessing a drunken, broken-down, cynical, ambulance-chasing Elle Wood being upstaged/replaced by a younger, better, smarter, more virtuous male lawyer because that's what happens when an IP character gets old.

That is so not true. Just blatantly false. They only do that for old male characters, not females.
