lol going to school, my dady and Ma give me all my money (alowence) so I dont have to work. But I voleneer at an Autism center every other saturday. And I used to volenteer at the library too.
what do u do??
 
i'm a student and i deliver news papers.. this past month i have been working all week, but i usually just work saturday nights..(well it's called sunday) it's hard work, but i sorta like it, i listen t music , i just walk around.. i get to see alot of great buildings, and the pay is okay! and both my week boss, and my sunday boss are great guys! so it's all good.. i like it!

you're lucky though! i would love to just not have to work.. i'm glad i like my job! it makes it easyer!
 
I don't have a job other than babysitting for my neighbor. But i'm not really old enough to have a job yet but soon I will be.
 
I am what is called an Armed Courier, meaning I work for an armored car service....safeguarding money during the process of picking up and transporting it.

It's not a glamour job by any stretch of the imagination, but the money is good.....pays the bills.

Okay what do I do...this is going to be fun,

Well I work for the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, in the Information Technology Branch. I am officially a Business Planning and Program Analyst, and also a Policy, Standards, & Governance Officer.

Basically I've been working in High Tech as a Technical Writer for the last 10 years, and I am still a Technical Writer in theory, but with all those pretty titles I mentioned!

Do I like my job...well let's see, it's 1:15 AM on Sunday night/monday morning, I'm working right now (at home) and I have to be at work (in the office) in about 6 hours or so. So I don't like it very much right now! 🙂
 
Up until last month I was customer service rep at a hardware store, but I quit to focus on my studies. I begin my new job at AMC theatres at The Block in Orange (Most you cali residents should know what that is) this week. I hated the hardware store, but this looks like fun.
 
I started a job on Saturday, WOOHOO. Look at me go! I work at Zenith Windows. 🙂

I also am a Customs Officer, working for Her Majesty's Customs and Excise. I'm an Executive Officer dealing mainly with the paperwork that is required for the importation of freight. It's not the worst job I've ever had but I'm still keeping an eye open for that millionaire playboy gig 😉
(BTW the worst job was working at a sewage treatment plant - found out who my real friends were after that one 🙂)
 
I'm pretty busy as i go to college (english college that is- not high school) and also have two jobs to pay for everything. I clean classrooms in a primary school 5 days a week- 2 hrs after college. Then on fri and sat nights i work as a waitress at a restaurant.

It sucks losing my social life to the 2nd job - esp now i've just turned 18. But i do get quite a bit of money for it - which will help a lot if i'm gonna go to uni, or buy a car or something.
 
I am a Personal Assistant (glamorised Secretary really!). I work for the Managing Director of a company that do something with regards to tax.........immensely boring!

But the people i work for are all fun and take us out all the time and i have meet my best mate here, she is the other PA.

We are also going to Paris for our Xmas party, so I can't really whinge at all about it being boring, we have very good benefits!
 
Firstly, I'm a Junior in High school by day, and a library page by night 😀

Library Page: High School or Adults(usually more high school but we have a few adult pages to work during the day while we're in school) but I basically run the front desk, answer easier reference questions, shelf books, process books, call people when their books come in, and some other small stuff. It's nice, I like it
 
Right now, I work at a book store. I like it pretty well.

Past jops have included working at a resturant when i was 13/14 and recieving less than minnimum wage for cooking, cleaning, bussing, waitressing, cashiering (?), dish washing.... And to top it all, the boss man took my tips. Bastrd!

Also, have worked at another resturant that was a significantly better place. Worked at a medical supplie place... Doing data entry, and trying not to get too sidetracked by the net during working hours. That was the most boring job ever.

Also worked at a airbrush tanning "boutique" for a while. Didn't last long. I'm a little shy when it comes to naked strangers right in front of me....

And, aside from all that, I've been babysitting on the side for about 4 yrs.

I work in a law firm as a receptionist. Previously I've worked at Carvel as an ice cream server, Hollywood Video and InMotion Pictures as a video rental girl, David's Bridal as a salesgirl, and as a telephone interviewer....I have had a large variety of jobs, huh?
 
wow, alot of you sound to have had alot of different jobs, and interestingjobs! thanx for sharing all of this!! 🙂
