Joss Leaving Marvel

Maybe now he can devote more time to developing his own material again.

Marvel did plenty of good films before Joss (Iron Man, CA:tWS, GotG) , I'm sure they'll continue to do good films after he's gone. 🙂
(Although I think he might still write/script doctor some stuff, he just won't be directing any of the movies)

They have a very strong line-up of good material both on television and film. Angent Carter was very good, AoS is getting better and better and Netflix Daredevil was a damn near perfect adaptation.

Personally I can't wait to see what Joss will do next. I'd like for him to do an arc or two for the Buffy and Angel comics and also work on some new projects- something fresh.

He already said what he would like to do next.. whether you (you, me, us... not you you) choose to believe him or not is up for debate. That being a 'reality' version of a female 'batman-like' character.

I'm kinda glad to hear that. I'm a fan of Joss' work, but I don't like superhero stuff usually. I'll still watch it, but it's no where near my movie genre of choice. I'm excited to see what he brings next. Personally I'd like to see him come back to the small screen, but that probably won't happen.
