Some people know the issue I have with A Place Among the Undead from past posts.

Now I get an email saying they are putting the project on hold, filming a movie, trying to get distribution rights, etc and once that's all done that they'll go back and work on Place Among the Undead some more.

What a load of crap. They basically robbed me of a hundred-something dollars as they NEVER fulfilled any promise they made.

Have you tweeted her to express your rage-filled disappointment?
@DeadlyDuo Just makes lame excuses while playing up her greatness. @Amber Bunny Slippers even tweeted her too. They don't consider blowing a deadline by YEARS as not fulfilling their promises.

Have you mentioned about them misleading their donators/backers by misrepresenting the delivery of a product? Theoretically if they advertised the product in order to get backing with a promised delivery date and failed to deliver, then they could be done for mis-advertising and potentially fraud since their was a financial exchange involved.

I think it's a common and accepted practice to deceive people on Kickstarter (which is why I stopped funding things). She's not alone. The Doug Jones project failed to deliver on a promised date as well. Doug Jones was just an actor and not responsible. I can't remember the directors name.

As long as they provide "project updates" they are pretty much allowed to deceive you and never fulfill promises on Kickstarter.
