Well, most of that is pretty subjective, so I won't touch it. I'm a B/A shipper anyway, but..

1: Angel did loose his soul with Cordy. It happened to be fictional, and all in his head, but from his perspective, it happened.

Besides which, true love was never a prerequesite for Angel's curse being broken. Perfect Happiness was, and those are two completely different things. It's easily possible to be deeply in love, and never perfectly happy, and vice versa.
 
Perhaps the reason Angel lost his soul with Cordy was because he believes that he would lose it in that situation...not because he actually would... 🙂
 
That is indeed a possibility...Angel could be completely deluding himself into believing that Cordy is his true love wether she is or not...as long as he believed that would give him true hapiness, it could have worked. Besides, there was that small matter of him saying Buffy's name at that moment....
 
Hmm, I never thought of that. Tru tru, he did say Buffy, didn't he?

What do you think that meant?
 
Coulda meant alot of things...coulda been that he felt himself losing his soul and thought back to the last time it happened...it coulda meant that no matter what he told himself, true love and hapiness could only be achieved with Buffy...If you rewatch that episode, "Awakening", Cordy does not seem to be acting like herself, and much of her speeches feel like instant replays of some old B/A scenes. 😀
 
Okay, for all you arguing Bangel and Spuffy shippers, I will sum both these relationships up for you:
Buffy & Angel = idealistic
Buffy & Spike = sadomasochistic
So even though I personally prefer Spike, both relationships definitely have good points and bad points, so I don't see why we all must argue so aggressively. It IS possible for someone to love two different people in two very different ways in their lifetime!
...and don't even ask me about Angel/Cordy, I have no idea what's up with that!
 
Damnit, I undestand most of you are Buffy/Angel shippers... but in the series Angel DOES LOVE CORDY!! just accept it... people get over people and find new people, life is like that..

BUFFY OBVIOUSLY LOVED SPIKE, she just didn't want to accept it... so she tells everyone she doesn't....
 
Yeah I think I'd have to agree with that. I don't really believe in 'The love of your life' anyway. Most people go through many loves in their lifetimes, and fate plays a massive hand in the game as well. Each one stays in your heart, and one of the things about dating as you get older is learning to accept that a heart has room for many loves.

Angel loves both of them, and in our own way, so do we.
 
Here's another "random thought" for you: In "Him" Buffy drove a Jeep to the school to kill Wood... have we ever seen Buffy drive before? Have we ever seen that car before?
 
Joyce owned a black Jeep. Buffy drove it in 'Band Candy', although her driving skills left something to be desired.

I'm assuming she inherited the Jeep?
 
here's another random thought:

Does Willow still go to school? I haven't seen or heard anything about it. (she attempted to start up in Selfless... but we haven't heard anything about it since then)... so, if she's not going to school... shouldn't she have a job?

Does Anya work? The Magic Box got destroyed in Grave... did they rebuild it? I don't think that we've seen it at all this season.
What does Anya do all day except be bitter?
 
They haven't really answered any of those questions. The show is focusing solely on the 'war' now.

Anya has been actually been gathering information from her old demon contacts. She doesn't seem to be employed (like most of them).

I would doubt Willow is still going to school... just about everything seems to be closed down in Sunnydale.
 
For the next few days at least, food and gas should be as easy as heading on over to someone's house or store and taking some, so they don't really need an income

The buffy episode where willow leaves was supposed to air a week before it acually aired. I don't know why they postponed it, but it was supposed to make sense.

Buffy and Spike are meant to be!!!!
