Look, either some crazed fan has watched the entire series, took notes on every kill in every episode, and compiled it into a list, or they haven't, and you will have to do it yourself.
To be fair, most comprehensive Buffy episode guides were abandoned in season five, which is when I suspect most of the original audience stopped watching the show. So, you would only have Season 6 and 7, and nobody cares about those seasons. I mean, there were 24 episodes of season 7, all of them as a whole less eventful than "Passion."

You can safely remove every single episode of season seven without affecting the potential outcome in any way.

This actually comes up on Angel. Darla doesn't remember her human name and Angel/Angelus never knew it. Darla was named by The Master after he turned her, and he chose "Darla" as it's the Gaelic word for dear one.
