When Amy changes herself into a rat in Gingerbread (i think) she has short blonde hair but when willow changes her back she has long dark hair and is wearing make up and lets face it she looks pretty good seeing as she's spent the last coupla years as a rat.

Perhaps its a witch thing???

Still doesnt explain the great make up and the nice silky hair though perhaps she's been in an alternate reality??

The actress who plays Amy grew her hair out and dyed it. Perhaps Willow dyed the rat's fur!

It's a human thing, they're not going to bother with the hair. Maybe rats don't come in the colour of Amy (S3)'s hair so it changed slightly to how it was in S7, if you want excuses.

But make up they shouldn't of included.
