Just finished watching Angel - what now?

I fell in love with Buffy around 4 or 5 years ago. Watched all of them.

A year went by, and I thought "I should watch Angel", but didn't get around to it until last year.

Then I watched all of THEM.

Short of going back and rewatching them all with the commentary track on (which is fun, but also a special kind of torture, making me feel like I've gone backwards in time), what show should I move on to to get my Whedonfixe?

I'm thinking Dollhouse and Firefly. Then I'll be left wanting again... 🙂

Watch Tru Calling (I know it's not a Whedon show, but it's good)

I've never seen Firefly or Dollhouse, so can't say anything about those…

Yes watch Dollhouse and Firefly! And Tru Calling! All very good shows. I guess it just depends on what kind of shows you're into. Maybe Fringe or The X-Files if you're into that. Supernatural if you're into, well the supernatural. lol. Or Doctor Who! Just try something new and see how it goes.

While I enjoyed the first season, it wasn't nearly as good as Buffy/Angel imo. Second season sounds promising tho. Veronica Mars would be a better choice, unless OP wants to watch something with zombies, vampires, etc..

...unless you just wanna ignore the fact that the creator that just gave you 12 seasons of beautiful television storytelling has more stuff for you to consume. 🙂

I didn't watch Angel and Buffy together, though sometimes would watch the crossover episodes again back to back to see the connections. 🙂
