I dunno if ill watch much of Buffy after season 3, which i am in now...Becasue Buffy just wont be the same with out my angel!!!
 
Don't say that. Its still good. And there's still the crossover episodes which are great! Have you seen "I Will Remember You" in Angel season 1? It's my favorite with Buffy and Angel. Its a tearjerker ::crying2:
 
I've never seen angel...I dont have the channel...But I will see it when its on tnt...
 
Oh, boy... You're in for a treat this fall when the Angel reruns start up!🙂 Buffy Season 4, while admittedly not as good as Seasons 2 and 3, has some truly spectacular episodes, at least one (possibly two) of which make it into my all-time top ten favorite Buffy episodes. Buffy Season 4 is even better if it's watched along with Angel Season 1. I know 'cause I have both DVDs and had the privilege of watching the two together during the summer.

Taking into account the fact that you're a huge fan of Angel's, I think Season 1 is gonna be a blast for you. I wasn't much of a fan of his until I began watching the spin-off. To me, he's an even more interesting character when he's away from Buffy. Again, do give Angel-less Buffy a shot. It may not be as enjoyable as seasons past, but it has its own certain appeal.
 
Yeah, I liked Angel better away from Buffy too! She makes him seem all sad and mopy. You get to see the funner side of Angel in his spin-off. 🙂 Especially the dancing... that's great. And if it's possible you should definitely try watching buffy s4 and Angel s1 together like Angelus4282 said. I have both on dvd, so its fun. I love the crossover epys 🙂

Thats perfect.Because it comes to tnt next month, with Angel S1, and right now im in buffy S3 so S4 will start next month or so, So i can watch it like that...But i still say it wont be the same...Only cause I am completley obsessed with angel...He is so hot, but your right.He does seem uptight and sad in Buffy....When will he sing Mandy?LOL, I just gotta hear that!I have had some friends say he sounds good, but some members here say he shouldnt quit his day job...LOL!
 
I think it's in Season 2. That would make sense since I have yet to hear him sing it (although "Mandy" is referred to twice in Season 4 of Angel) and I also have yet to see Season 2.
 
Angel's coming to TNT next month?!? Seriously?? That's great!!! I'm psyched! Great news!!
 
angelsbabe12 I did the same thing you did stopped watchin Buffy because Angel wasnt in it but then i got back into it and yes S4 was poo! S5,6,7 was kewl and Angel is a great programme too.
 
Just go look at the thread "Why does everyone hate s4?" or something like that. Then you can see why everyone hates it. Its mostly cause of the initiative (military guys) and Riley.
 
I saw an epasode before around 5:00 am where Riley was like strapped in a chair or something and...I cant explain it...It was like a lab...but I dont like riley much eather...
 
yeah, it's sad that angel leaves but the show is still good without him..season 4 isnt' all that spectacular but it gets better don't worry
 
i wont roll over and die..I just think angel is apart of the gang for now and for ever....
 
Now don't get me wrong I'm a die hard Buffy/Angel fan but I think the split is better for Angel. Have you eber watched Angel fight on Buffy, all he does is a few punches and kicks, but on his own show he's got great moves!!!

I didn't wana watch Buffy after Angel had gone out of it but season four was ok and the cross over episodes are great!!!
 
I gained a new appreciation for season 4 after the DVD box set came out. I guess just watching them a few times has made me realize that this season had some truly great episodes!
