Just need some advice from more experienced UK comic buyers. (Back Issues)

So after getting issue one recently, today I went to my local comic store at bought every issue in stock. But I missing half a couple. (12,13,15,16).

Online Comic Book Store - Things From Another World
Seems to be the biggest site but the international tax and import duties worry me anyone know how likely these are and how much they cost?
It could be cheaper to get them off amazon. (with most issues just under £5 with delivery).

Or does anyone know any other (UK based) sites I may be able to order from?

Ebay. Seriously, if you're looking for back-issues, that's the way to go. TFAW is wicked expensive.

I used this eBay shop to buy 16-19 together:

eBay UK Shop - A-PLACE-IN-SPACE: Other Publishers Comics, Marvel Comics, DC Comics

They were very good, very quick, and had a reasonable delivery charge - especially if you are buying multiple issues. Just don't pay till they send you an invoice and they'll take a good chunk off the delivery.

I never even thought of e bay thank you for the suggestion. I have always had issues getting my head around play pal but I shall give it another try. This time it is worth the effort.

Eugh, I remember when I started with PayPal. It's horrible. Once you have an account set up though it's really easy to use with eBay. Definately worth it. 🙂

I remember why I gave up now I don’t have a credit card and I cannot register my debit. Amazon I guess I will be using then unless anyone knows some good uk babes comic stores I can order from.

Have you tried Forbidden Planet?

They have quote a few stores and their online store is here - Forbidden Planet International , Your Online Entertainment Superstore!

I tend to favour smaller places, Deadhead Comics in Edinburgh used to post all my comics out to me.
