Kelly and Nicholas

When you found out that Nicholas had a twin brother (Kelly Donovan), how did you react?

Given that I didn't find that out until I read about 'The Replacement' I wondered if Kelly harboured any jealousy that his genetically identical brother was in a long-running TV show and making a comfortable living. Then I wondered tthe usual stuff like can they feel each other's pain and did they ever pretend to be the other one just for giggles.

I thought it was pretty cool. I remember YM magazine (which is no longer even in print! LOL) doing a story back in the day about Nick and Kelly, which was how I first found out about it, and I was like "Wow, awesome!" At the time, Kelly hadn't appeared on the show yet, and I found myself wishing he would. Apparently I wasn't the only person wishing that, 'cause they ended up doing this in "The Replacement". 🙂

I found out here and was very surprised! I've also wondered if Kelly was jealous and how his life are (what does he do for a living and so on) and if they have a good relationship. 🙂

Funny you ask this because I just found out recently. My first thought was:

Aha. So he could sent his brother to the show and noone would noticed that it isn't the real Xander infront of the camera.

And my second thought was:

That has to be very stupid for his brother because everytime he goes out for a walk, everyone talks to him, thinking he is Nicolas!

My main thought now is why do they not have the same surname?
