What episodes did Kelly Donovan (Nicholas' twin brother) plays as a Stand in for Xander?

I know for sure he played the clone in "The Replacement" and filled in for Xander's role in "Intervention".

It was confirmed that he was in "The Replacement" but I don't know about any other episodes...

I gotta say, even though I knew it was Kelly in Intervention, I still bought that it was Xander. So maybe it is just a rumour....

According to Wikipedia, which is probably inaccurate since I checked out the source and it didn't support it completely, in "Intervention", Kelly Donovan only filled in for the fight scenes because Nick Brendon had pnuemonia. (The source--IMBD--only states that he filled in for "Intervention", nothing about the fight scenes.)
