Cheetos is back with another fast food collaboration and it's sure to be finger-licking good.

KFC is testing out a Cheetos chicken sandwich for a limited time starting January 29. The sandwich comes together by coating the hand-breaded Extra Crispy Chicken Fillet with their signature Cheetos sauce and topping the toasted bun with mayo and an extra layer of Cheetos.

"Both KFC and Cheetos have dedicated fan bases loyal to each new creation," a spokesperson for the chain said in a statement: "It only made sense to merge these two iconic brands together to provide an irresistible and flavorful sandwich that gives the best of both worlds." If you want to get your fingers on the sandwich you'll have to travel to North Carolina, Virginia or Georgia.

I haven't been to KFC in years, but this peeks my curiosity. Not enough to actually eat one, but just to wonder who came up with the idea. Anyhow, it's not anyway near as bad as a tuna milkshake, so I guess it'll have its market.

For the last several years of his life, Harland Sanders was in the process of suing Scott's (which ran the KFC franchises in Canada) for claiming to use his original recipe when they did not. Every time we have had KFC from our local outlet, my daughter always felt sick and my wife was a bit queasy as well, so this is one delicacy which will never see the inside of this house (or my stomach). Harland Sanders was the first famous person I ever met.

I am old enough to remember the original KFC and that stuff was good.

Well the new Crispy Colonel sandwich is quite good, actually. I'd consider this minus the actual Cheetos. Unless I could get them on the side.

Your posts have been a bit...different lately. Feel free to explain.
Well, you initially said that whoever came up with this was stoned. Since lapidation is a form of capital punishment I assumed the sammich was a bad thing and the person who created was being punished. But then when you said you would like it after being stoned I was really confused. Granted, I have never been pelted with rocks before but I doubt I would care for a KFC sammich afterwards.

Or did you want an explanation as to why my posts have been a bit...different lately? I can explain that but no one really cares.

I think it funny that folk might eat that, they must like the idea of appearing obese, speaking of which is there going to be competition between the guy in red; father Christmas and that guy in white the general from KFC. How odd it seems that just a few states in the USA are being targeted to be the obese.
That country might not give a damn about accurately stating what ingredients are used but there has been several changes that forces companies to declare such things. As Spanky says presumably the KFC promo of what is in the bun, I can see that is false.
