Not sure if this has been posted. But the original Slayer is getting the Blu-Ray treatment. I actually enjoyed this movie, so i'm excited 😀

Very cool. I haven't seen the movie in like . . . oh . . . eight years or so.

I'll probably pick this up since I got my PS3 for Blur Ray viewing pleasure. 😀
 
the movie was my introduction to the whole buffy world... I saw it in high school and absolutely fell in love with it! I could quote every line, and I often did (especially luke perry's lines, he has some great ones)

I felt something was really special about the buffy character. I loved seeing her develop and get stronger, hone her skills (remember when she spat the thumbtack at the fly on the wall?)

for some bizarre reason I got off the buffy track and totally missed the show when it came out... only recently have I gotten into it and man...

the movie is like pale outline of the show...I think the show took the basic concepts and just elaborated on them so beautifully....it's like going from a rough sketch to a finished painting.

But, the movie is what started it all and it still is fun to watch.

I'd probably get it.
 
I'll probably end up getting this. The movie was good but never lived up to the series, but then again, what does?
