Reddick - who played Cedric Daniels in the hit TV series - is understood to have died from natural causes, law enforcement officials told TMZ .

Very sad day. One of the most passionate and best actors working today was found dead of natural causes at his home.

He is perhaps most famous for his prominent starring role as Cedric Daniels on The Wire. You may have also recognized him as The Concierge in the John Wick movies. He also was a big name in video games, playing characters in titles such as Quantum Break or his fan-favorite role as Commander Zavala in the Destiny franchise.

I watch stuff, sometimes.
But yeah, he’s been on like all of the Law and Orders at some point. And I think Castle too.

But I’ve seen both Fringe (was just thinking of rewatching that) and one whole John Wick movie!

Hello Taake. Take the win on this one and savor the flavor. I have not seen a single John Wick movie. I am really disappointed now. I would never had thought that you would have seen that before me.... at least Nightshade hasn't seen it either.

This is so sad. 60 is way too early these days.

He seemed like a cool dude. I really liked him in Fringe, The Guest, Law & Order, John Wick. I even thought he was...okay in the recent dire Resident Evil series and everything about that was ass (he was supposed to be Albert Wesker btw).

Was so sad to hear this, he was in so many great things and always did an amazing job. Still look forward to seeing him in the last projects he had (john wick 4 and Percy Jackson)

He was one of the best TV actors out there.
I have been rewatching Fringe and saw an episode just last night.
He was great in The Wire. And the chief in Bosch, Mobay in Oz, and wasn't he in a few eps of Lost?

RIP. I hope he didn't suffer

He was in Lost, @Dogs of Winter. He was one of those actors whose name I didn't recognize, but when I saw the photo, I immediately said, "Oh, that guy!" So many "that guys" slip like chameleons into different roles and provide memorable performances, even when you never know their names. Sixty is far too young to die!

Well, SEEMED in good shape. There are a lot of actors who have done a good job pretending to be healthy only to take a sudden downward turn that catches everyone not in the know off guard.
