I saw Walk the Line today (good movie, btw) and Larry Bagby was in it. He played Larry on Buffy. He plays Marshall Grant, one of Cash's bandmembers.

That was him? I can't believe I didn't recognize him. And yeah, Walk the Line was an awesome movie.

I spotted him right away. Made me go, "Yay, Larry," but silently. Not too many lines, but quite a bit of screen time. One of those really cool little details. I agree--really awesome movie.
I was surprised how much older he looked. It's been a few years since Buffy I guess.
I don't know what it is about biopics. I just love almost any American period piece. It's fun to see the old cars and fashions and stuff. The music was fantastic.

I remember how funny he was, bullying Xander, then bonding with him. That was nearly ten years ago, both he and Nic were playing younger characters at the time. But I think he's actually younger than Nic and playing closer to his own age in Walk the Line.
