A ham and cheese sandwich always hits the spot! Currently eating a four cheese pizza, wowza.
 
Toast and a picnic bar, probably should think about lunch soon

Tried aubergine for the first time today, ewww won't be trying that again for a long while!

last thing I ate was carrot sticks, before that some strawberries and banana with water
 
badly cooked poached egg on toast! I'm really not good at doing poached eggs, the white never stays together, but I don't like those egg poachers you can get

Try the egg poaching pouches you can get from aldi 🙂

I had coffee (no surprise there) and scones with cherry jam 🙂

Salmon filet in maple chipotle sauce with rice and broccoli. There are advantages to having a future son-in-law who is a Red-Seal chef.

Do you partake in the bean and grinds or just in the liquid. Chewing the bean is good. I like that. But many use used coffee grounds for cooking.
