People are mocking but in the context of the interdorm, it is spot on.

Its a New Years resolution to learn how to make banners because the quality is that bad.

It's not that the banner is bad...

It's that's awful. There's no resolution, and I totally don't get what it's mocking, sorry but your gonna have to point it out to me, me being an idiot!

I really want to get the joke, I really do, normally I do! But this one is just totally don't get!! - Im not trying to be funny, I just dont get the joke!!

What is a New Years Resolution?
It is something to aspire to.
"This year I am going to learn to play the piano"
"This year I am going to lose weight"
"This year I am going to stop swearing"

They are things that at the beginning of the year you realise you either cannot do or wish to change about your person.
Now, the fact that this banner was totally devoid any real attempt and the dimensions of the page not a Banner dimension (I did it on Paint using the rubber option) shows a total lack of ability - thus the resolution "Learn how to make Banners" is incredibly accurate in the context.

Its not meant to be a work of art, its ment to be funny but IS spot on in context.

I would just like to point out, I have done some art online before and its pretty OK - this donot actually represent my ability at that, just my weird sense of humour.
