I was just curious what you guys's least favorite character was, so I decided to make a thread! lol

I gotta say Jayne. I really don't find him funny all that much, and he's such a dick. He has no allegiance to Mal or Serenity.

EDIT: I just put the crew of Serenity on there cause I was just curious about the main characters really.

I voted for Zoe. But it doesn't mean I don't like her. Every lead characters of Firefly is awesome. I love everyone, but I just like Zoe.
 
Book, his character seemed relatively pointless, given that the show was canceled before his background could have been elaborated on.

Well pick up A Sheperd's Tale in November!
Though choice since I really love all the characters but in the end I wouldn't miss Inara if she went away, I didn't even realize in Serenity that she wasn't there in the beginning

I really really do (at least) like all of the main characters of "Firefly," but Book's the one I like the least.
 
I absolutely love them all, but River didn't get a whole lot of development as an actual character, so I picked her. She was an awesome plot device and in certain episodes (Safe, Objects in Space) she really got to shine, but she never seemed as dimensional as the others.
 
I gotta go with Inara. She bugged me for some reason and like Taake said, I didn't even notice she was gone in "Serenity" until she popped up lol. Oops. :tongue3:
 
I didn't particulary feel anything for Inara, so I picked her. But again, a series so short, it's kinda unfair to pick :/
 
Wow this was a tough one for me. I love all the characters, but there are a couple that I was frustrated with a little 'cause we didn't get to see much personality from them. I had a hard time choosing my LEAST favorite, because I really do like them all, but Simon and Inara are the two that got on my nerves a little a lot of the time, just because they were a little too proper and uptight for my tastes. They seemed so stiff at times... Ultimately, though, my vote went to Simon.
 
I can't pick. For reals now.

I've been thinking and thinking and thinking. And . . . nothing.

I love them all.

Also, I am sometimes an indecisive person.
 
This isn't fair. As [MENTION=9037]wickedtiger86[/MENTION] I can be, ok often am, indecisive but put a gun at my head at this moment and I'll say Zoe. Or Mal... First one or two viewings it probably had been Book. Or River.

Indecisive is the word. Plus loving them all doesn't help obviously.

That's why I love Serenity so much. It really helped me appriciate her character more, not only in general but when I rewatch the show.

Yeah I agree with this. I love all the characters, but Zoe didn't have as much personality as some of the others IMO. So while I still liked her, I didn't love her as much as the others.
 
It came between Zoe, Inara and Book. I like them all really and think they were good it is just I didn't like them as much. In the end I voted Inara sometimes it was like she wasn't there.
 
Omg, I love Inara. I don't understand why anyone wouldn't like her. She's beautiful, kind, and she OBVIOUSLY cares a lot about Mal.

I chose Jayne because he's a jerk sometimes, but it doesn't mean I don't like him. I like all the characters.
 
I voted for Zoe. I like all of the characters, but I don't LOVE Zoe. (part of that is I'm always harder on characters named Zoe, I'm sure).
