I watched this episode for the first time today, and it's one of the few episodes I was really blown away by. Yes, I loved NFA and the other biggies, but dang. This just moved right up the list to my top eps.

First off, I thought the episode was *good* throughout. Nothing too wonderful, nothing too bad.

But when Wesley was there on the roof, with his pistol, circling his "father" like prey, more and more suspense grew. Add Wes's Fred in the mix and my jaw-dropper moment makes screen.

Fred's held up by Wes's dad, as a hostage, and in no time at all, bullets from Wesley's pistol are rocketing through Mr. Wyndam-Price Wannabe.

It wasn't even the fact of what Wesley did that was so dang powerful. It was *how* he did it. It was that look in his eye. That glint of no reason, just the kill. And his collapse and stance afterward.

Anyone agree?
Ok, not agree, per se, but know what I mean?

I really loathe this episode. I found it so meaningless.

Oh, sorry ya didn't like it! I suppose it did serve little to the story of the season.

I just thought AD's performance was brilliant.

I liked the ep - but I would've liked it even more if we'd found out more about the cyborgs and their agenda - OK, if it was mentioned subsequently, I missed it. Anyone care to enlighten?

I adored the episode. Why everybody wanna be explainin da cyborgs? Cyborgs require no explanation. Every show should have a Cyborg episode for absolutely no reason whatsover other than Cyborgs are cool.

Also more on the Wesley topic of it all. I found this to be Wesley's most darkest episode. I really found it to be quite powerful and I'm glad for the episode though I'd rather it be explored just a tad more. Wesley always seem to flirt with the dark side but never commit fully. I wanted to see that commitment.
