So how many of you have heard of a musical called Little Shop of Horrors, i ask because next month i will be a part of our school production. Even though i have only TWO parts (ok there small) i have gotten really interested in it and i was wondereing waht you all thought of it.

I've seen the movie, it's a great play 🙂

I'm sure you'll have a great time taking part in it.

The Only Thing I remember about that play...

FEED ME SEYMOUR! FEED ME SEYMOUR!

That's about it?

That is the right play, correct lol?

HTe animatronics for that film were amazing considering that it was the 80s

I loved Steve Martin as the dentist. Thought he was quite cute in that dark wig actually.

LOL I love that movie 🙂 Never seen the play though

What parts do you play?

Well i dont know if you know the broadway version but i play a charcter called skip snip and the other part i play is the first customer who walks in and says "I couldnt help but notice that strange and interesting plant" etc. Both parts are recuring. I got to sing two songs that werent on the film but were on the soundtrack, "they say the meak shall inherit" and "the finale (dont feed the plants)". Which songs do you like best?

oh wow, little shop of horrors is brilliant... we had a songs from the shows evening a couple of weeks ago and we had to sing songs from Little Shop and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang... dont like chitty but little shop was so much fun.

the dentist song is soo good, i loved singing the ronnette parts in that... 'here he is girls the leader of the plaque watch him suck up that gas Oh MY GOD ' lmao its sooo good!!

i also love Downtown (Skid Row) and Little Shop Of Horrors.

In downtown when the three girls are going
"uptown are messeagers and mailroom clerks
eating all their lunches at the hot dog carts etc"

i do the bit over that that goes arrrrrghhhhh
aaaarrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhh

etc over it it was so amazing we did it three night on the run and we had a blast

i remember loving the movie, weird movie, but great

but i have a question, for the play how are u gonna do the big plant?

The big plant was easy, we rented out versions of (it costs us about £400 to £500) but they were basically puppets, the second to largest one someone sat in and then the largest somesat in the back and sort of lifted it or someat.......
