login problem

I obviously have a login problem, every time I connect to BB, it asks me to login. I searched FAQ and it says "Be sure you've checked the box that says "Remember Me?" when you login.". I do check 'Remember Me' so that can not be the problem, and eventhough I had not logged out the site asks me to log in, why is that?

Cookies? No, I haven't been deleting them, in fact I didn't have a clue until you said. How can I delete them?

You probably have a corrupt cookie:

Click on the link to log out.

Then, clear your browser's cookies and temporary internet files (Tools, Options in Internet Explorer).

Hit Control F5 to clear your browser cache.

Close ALL browser windows.

Then login again, checking the box to remember you when you do.
