Look who got voted the Biggest Bad Ever.

EEK! See i always knew he was the greatest Buffy Baddie 🙂 and so damn good looking doing it gotta love the leather.... 😀 *melts* but to know he is the Biggest Bad of a few thats just even sexier 😀

I want a recount. If Stewie Griffin is on that list, where's Eric Cartman? Stewie is really good. Cartman is classic.

yeah, i'm gonna have to agree. it's definitely the leather pants...😉

Yes, the leather pants. And the brooding expression seemed to only add to the sexy evilness. Did you notice he never stopped brooding after he became Evil? He simply started brooding about other things (Death, destruction...you know, the usual)

I'm more impressed at the Lilah recognition.
I say 'boo' to Angelus. He was 'scary' and a good bad guy but Lilah, thats a wild wrong doer and she was hot.

I'm also with N4H - Stewie is great and all but Eric Cartman is just plain evil with NO redeeming features.

Sark as number 2? man, he was SO much more villainous than Angelus. Angelus had vampire strength and such. Sark killed without that. And he had a nice fling with more than a few pretty ladies during his 5-year Alias tenure. I even think Amy Acker's character was one of his girls..

Personally I was surprised ANY Buffyverse characters got recognised and to find out it was two of the best...well you can imaine my happy dance. to me Angelus was the best Buffy Bad, he just took over the screen when he came out to play...major props to DB, who knew he had it in him?!

Angelus was the top tv villian...? Sheesh, these people can't watch much TV 😛
And I never can bring myself to count Lilah as a villain, since she's my second favourite Angel character.

. Angelus had vampire strength and such. Sark killed without that.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the choosing of this at all.
I do not understand why you have made this comment, its pretty stupid.

If this had been 'Big Bads with Super powers' fair dinkum but this is just 'Big Bads' within the context of the shows they were in.

What damage they caused to and for the protagonist and what not.

I have issue with some people on the list but only because I feel that some characters in other shows have been more 'evil' than these lot - I mean someone from 90210 beat Gul Dukat (Marc Alaimo) from DS9 or even Sylar from Heroes?!?!?

But this has nothing to do with the physical strength they have, more the emotional strength they wield over the good guys.

So exactly how much emotional strength did Lilah hold over Angel? I think the only person at AI that she ever connected with and used to her advantage on an emotional level was Wesley. And that makes her number 6?

And second, it's my own opinion if i think Sark is more villainous that Angelus. No need to come out and attack me for it.

Pretty cool 😛

I don't really agree with Lilah as #6 though cause I never really considered her a villian or evil.. just kinda bitchy! Angelus deserves #1 though without a doubt!

First of all, I'm not attacking I'm pointing out that your reasoning for putting this chap, Sark, above Angelus is absurd. If both these characters were in the same show then you have a point but they were not so on the basis of one having 'Vampire Strength' and one just being human is silly.
Had you argued that this Sark effectively manipulated the 'good guys' better and had them dealing with things in a better way, there would be no issue but you've picked traits, strengths, that are designed for the particular show they are in which means nothing.
It's exactly the same as saying Xander is funnier than Peter Griffin because he is not a cartoon.

Also, lets make this clear, I didn't create this list, I didn't put Lilah at number 6 having said that, emotional strength isn't just using someones emotions against them, it is having the strength to face your own while confronting your enemy or using your opponents emotional state to maniuplate them to work for you.
Lets look at Lilah. She faced off against Angel quite a few times, even though she is scared of him (Angel points this out to her). She successfully manipulates Angel to do things for her by using the people he loves. She has no qualms in doing what needs to be done in order for her to get ahead, even if that means going against the company. She has control over her emotions, she has power and influence, she could be extremely ruthless and she 'is just a human'. And guess what, thats in the same show as Angelus - but I'm not going to suggest she should be higher than him because Angelus kicks ass.

Pretty cool 😛

Then rewatch the show and understand what an evil villain is again.
Bitchy was a character trait if hers but she was a villain (and a bloody good one) for the reasons I mentioned above.

Yay! Lilah! She was awesome, I liked her even though she was evil. As for Angelus, well, despite what the beginning of the article says the first time I saw season two of BtVS, I hated Angelus, I thought he was annoying. Season 4 of Angel Angelus however? That's a different story. By far the best Angelus.

I'm glad Sark made the list as well because Alias is one of the best shows ever created. 🙂

T-Bag is number 9!! He should be way up on that list. I was more shocked at him being number 9 than I was at Angelus at being number 1. Don't get me wrong, Angelus is evil, but T-Bag is down right wrong!! He is definitely the most creepiest character on TV!
