Okay, so, judging from what users have posted most know of the movie the Lost Boys so.. let me then just ask the question. Whilst watching the movie, Kali and I entered into a debate about the genre. She claims it is genre A, and I claim it is genre B, so we now solicit (sorry, Buffy, I know there is no soliciting allowed but I am such the rebel) the help of Buffy Boards infinite and intelligible fan base in agreeing with me, and that it is indeed genre A. So what say you, what genre is The Lost Boys?

The folks at "watch-movies.com" list "The Lost Boys" genre as "comedy/horror/thriller." Whether that signifies "a," "b," or some other letter of the alphabet, you can decide.

I'd say fantasy/horror. I think vampires generally fall into the horror genre. There's an "except" there, but I'm not touching it.

I'd say comedy/horror and B, cause the comedy isn't strictly intentional at all times I'd say. I love this movie, absolutely adore it, but partly because there are many parts where you laugh AT it rather than with it
