I'm trying to find either a recording or just the lyrics to a song that I used to have so that I can give it to my granddaughter, and I was wondering if anyone here might be able th help. The part that I remember soes something like this:
"Before Lord God made the seas and the land,
He held all the stars in the palm of his hand,
And they ran through his fingers like grains of sand.
But one little star fell alone.
And the Lord God hunted through the wide night air,
For the little lost star on the winds down there,"
That's all that I can remember. I thought that the name was "Little Lost Tsar," or something like that, but I can't find it under that title anywhere, and I have no idea whatsoever who the singer/reader was.
