I looked at this a few times on the Channel 4 site. Once you get through all the intro stuff (click on the links that become highlighted - you sometimes have to look very carefully for them) you'll find yourself on the beach looking at a passenger manifest. Over the weeks certain characters names became clickable. Click on a name and the screen shifts along the beach to an area which has items associated with the character (like Charlie might be represented by a guitar pick and a backstage pass to a gig) plus a black stone and a white stone (remember them? I don 't know what they were for yet). Now, I don't remember which way round it was but clicking on one stone took you into that character's dreams or subconscious and often showed important images connected with the character, which tended to appear in the show - quite hard work, as it was all very stream-of-consciousness stuff. I recall there were also puzzles in there somewhere. Clicking on the other stone gave more straightforward info. about the character btw.
I thought it was quite fun and a nice piece of marketing...
