I'm only about 5 episodes into Dollhouse, but I'm increasingly impressed by Eliza Dushku and her brilliant acting 🙂 She plays a gorgeous Echo, and the storylines are so addictive and interesting.
I didnt think these other TV series (Firefly and Dollhouse) could ever top Buffy and Angel, but I'm almost preferring Dollhouse over them lol
Please tell me that theres someone else who is deeply in love with Dollhouse, and that theres hope for more seasons :-D

I love Dollhouse! And yes, it has been renewed for a second season!
The episodes start getting even better to now 🙂 Dollhouse has been renewed for a second season so we know there is at least another season to come yet and maybe more 😀

I've already seen it all and loved it, but I've been showing it to a few friends recently and they're loving it too. They'e just watched episode 6 and I'm so excited for them for how the rest of the season goes! As I am for you Buhbi! 😀

Honestly, I was addicted after the first episode. I know a lot of people don't like the first few episodes for all kinds of reasons that I understand. However, I could tell that they were building to something big, and more importantly, I wanted to see what that thing was. The show is amazing, I actually like it better than Angel. Probably because I wasn't really into the character Angel to begin with. The show doesn't top Buffy, that one will most likely ALWAYS be my favorite Whedon series, but Whedon has given us another excellent show.

This has just started airing here in Australia and we're only a few episodes in.

I'm quite liking it, and I admit I wasn't expecting to. I was excited about the series but wasn't sure it would be my cup of tea. But I find myself wanting to watch the next episode as soon as I see the teasers for next week. At the moment it's not as strong as I would have hoped it would be, but I can see some massive potential for story lines.

So for the moment it's quite good and I'm looking forward to the future episodes!

Hey there! Haven't seen you around in a while :D
Dollhouse is definitely a favorite of mine. I adored each episode. I particularly liked "Echoes". That one was hilarious.

I wish I could see it. Most legal sites (like Hulu for instance) only offer a few episodes and I like to watch them in sequence. Anyone know how an American can watch it legally online? (or DVDs?)

I think it's an okay series, though it's safe to say it didn't excite me the way it has many other people around here. It's not a bad show, but I just don't see what people are loving about it so much. There are a number of useless characters, predictable episodes, and a couple of moments where the acting was a little choppy.

Buffy, Angel, Firefly > Dollhouse

I'd rank them Angel, Dollhouse, Buffy, Firefly
I've loved Dollhouse since the pilot, despite the fact that it wasn't perfect or anything, and I think the first season just improved as it went on. I'm hoping some of the people who were more critical of it in the beginning will rewatch it once its out on DVD and give it another chance. And I'm very excited to see what Joss and the team has in store for season two.
