omg, I noticed that too. That's way too thin for even a small boned person. She looks nothing like she did the first season of Buffy.

More Marie Claire Pictures

The cover looks weird, caus she is in a weird position.
She does look healthier imo. She gained weight. Her arms aren't bony anymore. Her boobs are back. In season 7 they were gone. Her face is fuller.
The Marie Claire cover was taken in November.

The article in the magazine is more important than the way she looks.

It's about her help with people that lost in the fires in California a few months ago.
It helps you look past how skinny she looks because she's doing a good thing. (although I think she looks fine and beautiful like she always does.
 
I think it is wrong for you guys to judge her on what she looks like, how would you feel if she did that to you?
I coulnt really read the words, but I think its great that she is helping out in the calafornian fires.
 
Kudos to her for all of the fantastic work she does. You can tell she really cares about people. To me, that makes her the best role model!!!
 
She does look really thin on the cover, but I like that she looks much better in the other pics. I'll have to pick up a copy of the mag. I noticed also that she has gone brown again, she looks really good.
 
yeah she does look pretty skinny on the cover (and very tiny in the article pics too). But remember that they airbrush covers and such as well, so she might not be quite that skinny! Also, I gotta say - if I had her body I wouldn't be complaining 😉

I really liked the article. I mean after all the "talk" about how she acted so diva like in the last few seasons of BtVS and all, it's good to read about how she does care for others etc... I'm not saying that right but do you get what I mean?
Also nice to read the article b/c I was wondering what she had been up too and had been wondering when she'd show up in a magazine again! 🙂

I do agree with you, faldor, but how do we know that shes just trying to redeem herself from her past? I mean I like her and all, but sometimes people dont have the heart we all expect them too.
 
very true. i've been surpised in life by so many ppl who fake their sincerity just to make themselves look good. i guess in the end i'll never really know for sure b/c i don't personally know SMG... but i like her acting and i'll stick with that 🙂
 
Sarah looks amazing in those other pics and you can tell that the cover has been airbrushed! I hate how they do that, such a false look.

I guess none of us will ever know the true SMG. And the possibility of meeting her and knowing the true her is VERY slim. But I admire her work and I think she is fantastic to go out there and do things for the community. A great role model!
 
I recently picked up her on the recent cover of Marie Claire. It's a good read...worth the purchase.
