So...Jasmine has a maggot face when people see her true form. Was that to represent her evilness or the fact that she was like seriously old. 🙂 Thanks

I think she had a magot face because she was a demon and that was her true form. And she would have to kill people in order to look human, which is the main reason why she was evil. I mean, she was pretty, nice, and overall a perfect person, to the un-trained eye, that is! I also think Joss and writers wanted to show people that there is no such thing as a perfect person.

Not quite. She needed human energy to sustain herself, it was her nourishment. You can't help what food you need to survive.
I mean you aren't evil because you eat other living beings are you?
OK Jasmine eats humans, but on principle can a higher being(which man often believes he is over say a cow) be called evil because it eats a lesser entity given that it is actually sees what it is doing as the price needed to pay to give humanity world peace.

Also, I think you missed the point a little on 'perfect person' thing.

I think the point was more that as humanity strives for something as good as world peace, he needs to realize that there are going to be prices he needs to pay and sometimes the price is too much.
In that world of peace, it wasn't the death of the humans that was the biggest price, it was the lack of freewill for the ones that lived.
The irony was shown that for man to live in peace, he can't be incontrol yet to be able to appreciate it, he must be and if he isn't, then it's a pointless endeavour.
