Making the bed after getting up is a daily chore. Although it might seem a minor one, it has the character of a ritual that must be carried out, so much so that many people are simply unable to leave the home without having made their bed and this often gives rise to conflicts and arguments between parents and children. It’s a proven fact that for many people making their bed after getting up can be a tiresome, even painful task; sometimes out of sheer habit, other times because one is in a hurry and lacks time.

There are also many instances in which because of advanced age, some genetic defect, some type of physical disability or because of an accidents, the individual is simply unable to make the bed or where to do so the person would have to make an extraordinary effort which itself could end up being detrimental to the person’s health.

That's pretty cool, but the cover is just a sheet, I wonder how well it works with a 10 tog duvet, for example....

If it does work, where can I buy one?! 😛

@Athena Well... thats because I didnt put it there till you said something and I was like crap I forgot the source, Boufay will be cross. So I threw it on there in hopes it would make you feel bad... I am still Black Thorn afterall.

My excuse for not making the bed is because of a failure of one of my inner ears, I cannot sleep in a bed.
Another reason for a person not making their bed would be those who live in hot places where a sheet would be to hot. Does not apply to people in the UK, tee hee.

I admit, the technology is kind of cool. It should just be applied in another direction.

That's what I thought at first until it stated for those with/of "advanced age, some genetic defect, some type of physical disability" and then it made actually some good sense.
