The Aye-aye! They have to be on the top ten list of creepiest animals of all time. They have long fingers and claws, creepy eyes, and rodent like teeth. Plus, they are nocturnal! I believe that makes them the perfect archetype of a vampire.

For some reason, the place my mind first went to was grizzly bear. I can see the horror movie - Vampire Grizzly!

Or this deer, which comes pre-fanged. You'd think, "Oh, so cute, like Bambi," while it got close to you, then yaaahhh! It leaps for the bite!
