I'd agree with you both there...it's awful but it's also one of those things that you can't help but think about along those lines...I mean the shooting itself was not among the more common at the core...so I wouldn't feel bad for reacting slightly "different" than one would to a standard shooting. It's one of things that makes one question the kind of people that inhabit the world in general...lots of freaky, messed up people out there. I agree about the shooting a vampire thing. Hopefully that will come up as a sort of defense against this nut job.
