not that i am complaining or anything cause i love it but why did joss (or whoever it was) chose mandy as the song angel will sing all the time
 
I think because it a real cheesy song and Joss probably thought Angel singing it would look very comical-which worked for me!
 
it was just funny to see a big strong dark guy sing such a cheezy song..
and mandy kinda reminds me of "buffy" lol 😉
 
it's the song Angel sings in s2 so that Lorne could read his mind in his club...Now you remember??

same here!...i laughed during weeks afterwards.it was so funny.
mandy rocks,angel rocks,joss rocks...it was a fabulous idea!!
 
Perhaps Joss did pick the song, because it would be hilarious for a strong big bloke to sing such a cheesy song ... but perhaps, and here's my two cents:



It's a beautiful song!
 
Don't they always reference that Angel likes Barry Manilow on Angel? For some reason I have that it in my head...

I luv when Angel sings, he is so cute and vulnverable-especially when he sang Mandy!
 
yeah they are always refering to him being a huge Manilow fan ever sense Angel sang Mandy. That was definatly a classic from teh show it and Angel dancing in the episode "She"
