I recently read an interview with Buffy writer Marti Noxon, and she said that she thinks this will be the last season, but nothing has been decided yet, anyway, she said that in the season finale, 'the final hour', that it will work out either way, if the show goes on or not. So maybe this means that Buffy wont die after all, which was what i was fearing most, so thats good news i think.
