Marvel is re-releasing all 20 of its films in IMAX

Marvel Studios just announced that all 20 of its films will be re-released in IMAX format as part of the celebrations for its 10-year anniversary. Over the course of one week, every film—from 2008's Iron Man up through this summer’s Avengers: Infinity War (the first studio film to be completely filmed on IMAX cameras)—will be screened on the super-sized format. Marvel is calling it the “10th Anniversary Film Festival”

Aug. 30: Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor
Aug. 31: Captain America: The First Avenger, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World
Sept. 1: Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man
Sept. 2: Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming
Sept. 3: Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp
Sept. 4: Iron Man, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Black Panther, Doctor Strange
Sept. 5: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Captain America: Civil War, The Avengers, Avengers: Infinity War

Sweet! I don't have the time or money to watch any of those in IMAX, but I love the idea! I plan on rewatching all of the MCU movied before Avengers 4.

I'll admit; clever marketing strategy making this anniversary thing a big IMAX event. Certainly will get all the fans pumped for Avengers 4.

Also its official; Ang Lee's (godawful) Hulk movie is non-canon.
