Hey Lith this is Amey. Aye, I'm ok so far. Aye Legolas and Kai are here. Aye The others are being contacted and we will be having a meeting tonight, Aye the meeting is at 10pm. Aye soonest we could get everyone all here. Well The Vamps can't come out til night anyways. Demons? Aye I know. You'll be here by 7? Hotel? Ok kewl......Aye all the princesses are being guarded at the moment and more so tonight. How are you holding up? Uh huh... good. Right you have Gilthanas and Porthios with you. Right I got ya. Aye Legolas is here want to speak with him? Ok then I'll put him on. ::Looking at Legolas:: Here she wants to talk to you a minute. ::shrugging and handing him the phone::
Legolas: ::takes the phone:: Uhh hello? Yes she is safe with me and Kai and Giles also I suspect. Giles? I think she and him are well err close. ::Blushes:: Yes a little jealous but I can deal.
Anyways, nothing has been the same since Joe or ever will be again at this rate. Anyways. I am as always guarding the princess with my life and my heart. Yes Maam all arangements will be as you have planned. My lady. Yes... yes I will put her back on.
Legolas: ::smiles at me grabs my hand a moment and gives it a squeeze and he gives me a kiss on the cheek and hands me the cell again.:: She wants you again pet.
Amythist: ::Nod:: Ok hon.. <putting the cell back up to my ear> Lith? Yeah, ok I promise. Right uh huh ok see you tonight hon.
::I put the cell away and sigh:: What I wouldn't give for a scented bath of rose soap and inscence a warm sensual massage and some elven mead.
Legolas: Well your in luck princess I happen to have rose soap inscence and elven mead. As for the sensual massage you'll have to ask Giles for that 1 as my heart cannot stand another beating from thee.
Amythist: ::sighs:: I'm sorry hon I know this is has got to be hard for you being that you have felt that certain way about me for years but..
Legolas: Hundreds of them ::sigh::
Amythist: It's never been the same since that time in the tower with Joe.
Legolas: Yes, I know...

oh well, why the hell not...
Dawn's body guard. hmmmmmm... I guess that means 24 hour protection. And all the nasties come out at night so I'll just have to think of a way of keeping an eye on her when she's in bed...

Aenur shares a glance and a wink with Legolas before he heads up the stairs with Amythist.
Turning to Dawn he smiles mischieviously.
A:"Well, if I'm to be your bodyguard it looks like we'll be spending a lot of time together. I hope you don't mind."
D:"*smiles* No, not at all, I'd like to get to know you a little better actually."
A:"Really? I was thinking the same thing. Care to go for a walk?"
D:"Yeah, sure."
A🙁@ Giles) "OK, we'll be back for the meeting later tonight."
G:"Fine, just be careful."
A:"Always. Bye!"
Aenur and Dawn walk outside
A:"Mind if we go back to my place for a sec so I can change into something a little more normal?"
D:"*laughs* No, not at all. As long as you don't get sick half way there like last time"
A:"I don't think that'll be a problem"
Walking quickly to Aenur's flat Dawn explores the house while Aenur changes into some baggy denim shorts and a white shirt.
D:"Wow, nice place you got here."
A:"Yeah, I'm very fond of it."
D:"You actually look very normal when you wear that stuff"
A:*laughs* Why thankyou, lets go."
Aenur and Dawn spend the next few hours walking around together, Dawn pointing out various things of importance and talking about what goes on in Sunnydale.
Finally some time after the sun has set they are walking through the woods when they come to a clearing, brightly lit by the moon and stars.
D:"Wow! It's sooooo beautiful."
A:"Indeed. Almost as beautiful as you."
D:*blushes* "Uhhhhhh... thanks"
A:"For what ? I'm only telling the truth."
D: *blushes more and says nothing*
A:*sigh* "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable"
D:"It's OK, I'm just not used to having guys say that kinda' stuff to me."
A:"Oh"
*silence for a while*
D:"ummmmmm... Did you mean what you said about me being beautiful?"
A: "Oh course. Truth be told I haven't been this captivated by a woman in several hundred years."
As he says this Aenur reaches out and takes Dawn's hand gently.
Dawn stares at him few a few seconds before turning away and pulling out of his grip.
D:"It's getting late. We'd better get back."
A:"Yeah, you're right."
The pair walk back to Matt's flat in silence...
 
OFF: Not Kai. He can't he is just pretty to look at and a good bodyguard. Anyways, it's all fantasy none of it's real so what the hell. Besides I need some action in the romance department cuz I'm not getting any rl or hell even online. so /shrug. And your bit with Dawn very good. I liked it alot. Imaginitive and colorful.

On:
Amythist: ::After I get off the phone I sigh looking depressed and hurt.:: I cared about him alot and ::sigh:: Nevermind...
I am going to go for a walk I need some fresh air!
Legolas: Not by yourself! I'm going with you.
Amythist: ::nods and shrug my shoulders:: Ok..
::I run down the stairs when I get there I see Giles is on the phone::
Giles: Hold on 1 sec Wes.. ::Talking to me:: I'm on the phone with Wesley it's some important stuff about the items missing and the demons we will be facing. I won't be too long though. You ok luv?
Amythist: yeah, I'll be fine just a bumpy road over memory lane making me all broody and sullen. I just need to go on a walk for a bit.
Giles: Well do becareful please luv. Bring Legolas or Kai or both. Just be safe.
Kai: Well I'd really recommend that 1 of us guard this house as there are demons lurking around going after you all. So I will stay here and keep the peace while you go with Amythist if you think you can handle it Legolas.
Legolas: ::nodding:: That will be just fine. I can protect her I have done so for a long very time.
Giles: ::turns to me:: I sense you 2 have a bit of a history together beyond what you and Kai have.
Amythist: Aye he was my love at 1 time before the Tower of ice. Before when we were together and he went away to be with his friends. He is elven so alotta times he looses track of time. And he was gone for neigh on 2 years with his friends not realizing it. I had thought him lost to me and I was sad lonely hurting vunerable and there at my side was 1 I thought was my friend. Beautiful dark handsome man. Black hair brown eyes muscular chest tall like 6 foot he was hot as hell and he seemed so gallant and gentlemanly and I was so vunerable. He said Even if he is gone you have me. I'll always be there for you and care for you. He swept me into his arms and kissed me then and I melted against him. We hunted side by side. Slaying dragons and evil demons and all that. Then 1 day he took me to the tower of ice and well you pretty much know the rest. I was Betrayed and hurt and crying a 6 months after it, Legolas did finally come back to me but by that time my insides were ice and nothing was ever the same again. Legolas still loved me despite it all but Joe effected me so that I just couldn't feel anything anymore and I pretty much grabbed my stuff and ran away. Until Lithia found me again and made me come home like a year later.
Legolas: Yes, and by that time I was gone to wander the world. Anyways, it was a long time ago. Long long ago... For which my heart never recovered or hers it so appears.
Amythist: ::Sigh:: Anyways I am going on my walk now.
Legolas: Ok let's go.
::We walk out the door and go on a path with nice floral gardens and a small pond. I sit by the pond and sniff the roses and stare off into space. Kinda in a trance. Legolas comes up behind me and puts his arms around me. He kisses my neck and I close my eyes for a moment. Then I realize what he's doing.::
Amythist: What? What? Stop!
Legolas: Sorry it was an accident was just remembering nevermind. ::sighs::
Amythist: <picking roses and tying them into a flower wreath I put it on my head letting the wind blow my long black hair and kicking off my shoes and sitting there. Sighing sadly> I'm sorry pet. There will always be a place for you in my heart just not the 1 you want I'm afraid. I mean Joe hurt me more then you can ever know and It still hurts a century later, It has to change it has to or let me die like the prophecy says either way it would be over.
Legolas: No Princess, I cannae allow that. For I would go with you.
Amythist: No you cannot. Stay with Lith and be well she will need someone to take my place anyways when I'm gone.
Legolas: No, you musn't say such things as that!
Amythist: ::sigh:: ::reaching up I give him a big hug and a gentle kiss on the lips meaning only for the briefest if pecks Legolas deepens it and kisses me with passion where I sink to my knees and then he lets me go and I sit there and hold my head in my hands trying to compose myself.::
Legolas: Sorry about that luv. To hard to resist.
Amythist: Well I guess we better rejoin the others, I need to get my mind in order to deal with the ordeals ahead.
::Legolas and I go back to Giles Flat. Kai is there standing quietly in a corner Giles is there playing the guiatar and singing. And we come in quietly::
Amythist: Please continue hon I love your voice. ::sitting down to listen::
Legolas: ::sits down and listens to Giles sing and play::
Giles: ::singing:: Your not ready for the world outside. You keep pretending but you just can't hide and I know I said I'd be standing by your side but I...Your paths unbeaten and it's all uphill and you can make it but you never will and I'm the reason that your standing still but I...

When they reach Aenur's flat he goes and changes into combat gear. Plain grey trousers and shirt, thigh length leather boots and a mithril mail coat and forearm guards. Finally his sword, Ienh-Khain and a grey green elven cloak over all.
A:"Right, let's go"
D:"Okie"
The two set off for Giles flat, walking in silence. About half way there Aenur stops, a feeling of cold dread running down his spine.
A:"Dawn, go, run!
D:"Huh? Why? What for?"
A:"We don't have time! Go to Giles flat, tell the others I'm in trouble. GO!!!!!"
Aenur pushes Dawn away from him and draws his blade.
Dawn looks at him for a moment before running off.
Turning around Aenur stands silently, awaiting when he knows will come.
Then, slowly, out of the gloom come vague figures that seem to shuffle and jerk as they move.
Suddenly they become clear, a group of undead, skeletons led by a large Wight, clad in the weapons and armour of some ancient race. Raising a skeletal hand the Wight points at Aenur and without a sound the skeletal warriors move foward...

Dawn runs through the door of Giles flat screaming out for the others who are getting ready for the meeting.
"Giles! Amythist! Anyone! Aenur's in trouble, he needs help!"
The others quickly emerge from various places and follow Dawn to where Aenur was. As they run Legolas turns to Amythist
L:"Aenur's one hell of a fighter, if he says he needs help it must be pretty serious."
A:"Yeah, I know."
They come to where Aenur was but find nothing.
Looking around Legolas spots a bone lying on the ground. A human bone.
L:"This way, over here!"
Running down an alley the group finds more bones of all kinds, most smashed and hacked apart. Then at the end of the alley is a large skeleton, clad in ancient armour, it's left arm and skull are severed, lying on the ground several feel away. And there at the end of the alley is Aenur, sitting in a pool of his own blood. His normally beautiful hair is lank and sweat soaked and his face is ashen. His voice when he finaly speaks is a gutteral croak.
"What took you?"
Amythist runs over and kneels beside him to examine his wounds, an expression of horror crossing her face as she opens his cloak
"Oh God. Quick, we need to get him out of here!"
Dawn:"What's the matter with him? He'll be OK won't he?"
Amythist covers Dawns eyes and Legolas and Giles lift Aenur's unconcious form.
A:"Don't look sweetheart."
D:"Amy, please, you won't let him die will you?"
A:"I can't promise anything Dawn, he's very, very badly hurt. But I'll do my best."
Dawn bites her lip and nods.
A: 'Now, come on. we need to get him to where I have my magical euqipment."
 
OFF: Damnit Jim I'm a mage not a doctor! LOL! Yeah, Elves are fun to play with.

On:
Amythist: <Flipping through herbal medical books while Giles calls an ambulance.> Let me see here. Cure to remove warts. Lepersy and how to stop it. Cure for blindness. Cure to prevent hearing loss. How to stop bleeding from wounds great and small. Aha! Here we are. Animora obviusloxlay sundimiri oxenobly By the Power of the Goddess take this wound and make it leave send it far from us that greave. Bless this man and leave him free from deaths sweet call pain and disease. <Purple hraling magic engulfs Aenur in a healing light and he is left totally healed from cuts and bruises alike. Still he is left weak as a kitten and tired and shivering from fever.> He is now nowhere near a fatal condition still he should see a doctor for his fever and get plenty of rest and drink plenty of liquids. Dawn you will look after him won't you?
Dawn: Of of course I'd be happy to look after him.
Amythist: And who will body guard Dawn Aenur is in no condition to do it at the moment.
Buffy: I will look after my sister and so will Spike.
Spike: That's right pet I sure will look after the little Bit. Can't say much for him though buggering bastard elf.
Kai: I will look after him if Legolas and Giles keep an eye on you.
Legolas: We will. It will be fine.
Giles: yes yes indeed.
Kai: Very well.
<Everyone gathers at Giles flat after being told the meeting got switched to his flat after Aenur's accident.>
<We talk about the danger Aenur is in we talk about the danger the Princess may be in. We assign body guards we decide the best thing might be for us to all stay in the same area. Safety in Numbers and all that and Lithia has rented 2 floors of the hotel so everyone can have a room shared with only 1 or 2 other people. Lithia shared a room with Gilthannas and Porthios. Aenur shared a room with Dawn and Kai so Kai could preotect them. I shared a room with Giles and Legolas. Buffy Spike Cordellia and Angel shared a room. etc etc
Amythist: ::retiring to a scented bath by myself I soak in rose soap for an hour sit back in the jucuzzi and relax sipping elven mead and breathing in rose inscence. Hearing Eagle Eye Cherry music playing softly in the back ground of the bathroom. Then I get dried off and into a black satin night gown and panties and a black silk robe. Brushing my hair all back behind me I enter the bedroom and there singing and playing his guitar in black silk Pajama pants and a clean undershirt he sings with Legolas to the music that I had playing in the Bathroom::
 
OFF>> OK, don't have time to reply at the moment. the g/f is here so I don't to much time for bumming on the net.

OFF: Good luck with all that. I been really busy lately anyways, not been around much. Been with Rob alot. lol And have fun with the Dawn Sitch I can always move Kai lol

Kai: Aenur Are you strong enough to take care of Dawn alone? I have a feeling I should be going to check on Lithia and Amythist if you think you will be well enough alone here with Dawn. I mean if you are not up for it I will stay but I really have a feeling I should do so and the Dead do not have feelings.
Aenur: Sure man no problem. I think we will be ok here go check on your charges.
Kai: Thank you <he goes off to Lithia's room.>

Aenur leans back on his bed and grimaces slightly.
D: "You OK?"
A: "Yeah, I'm fine. Just not used to having to be looked after is all."
D: "Don't worry, You'll be strong again soon."
A: "And until then I guess I'll just have to submit myself to your tender care."
D: *laughs* "Yeah, looks like."
A: *sigh*"It's a hard life" 😉
D: "So, you need anything?"
A: "Some water would be nice."
D: "Okie, no problem."
While Dawn goes to get a glass of water Aenur takes the opportunity to fix himself up a little, brushing his hair and after a moment's thought removing his shirt and pulling the bed covers down to show off his chest.
Dawn returns to find Aenur sharpening a knife.
D: "Here's your water."
A: "Oh, thankyou!"
D: "You're welcome."
Aenur puts the knife down and sips the water.
Out of the corner of his eye he spies Dawn looking him over.
Putting the empty glass down he turns to her once again.
A: "Ahhhh... Much better. Thanks heaps."
D: "Anytime. You need anything else."
A: "No, but I'd like if you sat and talked to me for a while."
D: "I guess I could do that lol"
Dawn pulls up a chair and the pair talk for a couple of hours

OFF: No worries. I been in a depressive hermitic mood lately. Pretty much blocking everyone out and brooding. Guess I'm pulling a female Angel ::sighs:: Anyways kinda stuck at the moment myself but when it hits me I'll post something up.
 
OFF: Sorry been suffering from my allergies hardcore sneezing sore throat coughing etc. It's very horrible. I feel like hell in a basket so mainly been sleeping. Hope things are ok for you with your g/f and all.

On: A demon crashes into Amythist's bedroom window he is all scaly resembling a fish with tenticles and arms and legs a big gaping maw and about a million teeth that look like sharks teeth tiny sharp and deadly. The Demon grabs me faster then Giles or Legolas can do anything. Carrying me screaming into the night. Just then Kai bursts in and Legolas and Kai run after rhe demon carrying me and Giles runs to tell the others but not mentioning it to Dawn and Aenur because he feels it would be best ro leave Dawn in Aenur's care and safe. While The Demon runs off with me screaming like a banshee I have torn pieces of my clothing and left a trail for them to find.
 
OFF>> awwwwwww I hope you get better soon. Things here are OK, still a little confused though...

ON>> Aenur and Dawn continue to enjoy each other's company, blissfully unaware of what's going on outside.
A: "So, you said that you weren't used to having guys tell you you're beautiful."
D: "Uhhhhh... yeah."
A: "Can I take that to mean you don't have a boyfriend at the moment?"
D: "Yeah, I guess so. Why do you ask?"
A: "Oh, no reason"
As he says this Aenur slides his hand over Dawn's and squeezes gently.
The two of them lock eyes for a few moments, then Dawn slowly turns her hand over and links her fingers with Aenur's, a nervous smile starting to cross her face, which Aenur returns.
Aenur leans foward, slowly bringing his face closer to Dawn's until they are almost touching, then after looking into her eyes again, he kisses her softly his lips only just touching hers.
Suddenly Dawn pulls away and turns a shade of pink.
A: "First kiss?"
D: "uh-hu"
A: "It was nice"
Dawn says nothing but smiles and looks away.
Suddenly she turns back.
D: "ewwwww! Do you smell that?
A: *sniff sniff* "Yes, I'm afraid I do"
D: "It smells like something...dead."
A: "Or something that ought to be."
Aenur struggles out of bed and moves to where his gear is stowed
D: "No, wait! You have to rest!"
A: "The both of us will be resting permanently if I don't do anything. Here, take this." *throws her a long, leaf bladed dagger*
Rumaging through his gear Aenur finds a small vial which he throws down in one gulp.
D: "What was that?"
A: "Strength potion, it'll help"
Aenur finishes putting on his chain vest and grabs his blade before opening the door and scanning the hall...
 
OFF: Well I am still feeling like hell in a bloody basket. Anyways, with any luck I will be feeling better soon. Good Luck with your issues of confusion hon. /hugs

ON: The Demon infects me with a disease before the others can get to me it leaves me very weak and achy sneezing and coughing very difficult to breathe and in pain everywhere and all I want to do it lay down and close my eyes.
Giles: Hurry we must catch up with her!
Legolas: Look up ahead the demon seems to have left her there and run off. Wonder why.
Kai: Maybe the wriggling and kicking and biting she was doing made him feel she was more of a henderance then an asset.
Giles: There is something not right here. Demons usually get off on kicking and biting. Not that I would know personally but Buffy told me.
(They catch up to me and I am laying there feverish and sick moaning in discomfort and barely coherant.)
Giles: Hurry we must get her back to the hotel right away.
Legolas: But what about the Demon?
Giles: The Demon will have to wait Amythist is our first priority.
Kai: No you 2 take Amythist back I will go after the Demon.
Giles: Right.
(Kai takes off after the Demon, while Legolas and Giles carry me back to the hotel.)
Giles: Only poblem is she is our healer but she is too delirious to help herself and she is burning up. I will go see if I can get Willow and Tara tp help and get the others after that demon those demons usually come in packs and have nests around where they attack.
Amythist: mmm *cough* Pain Help me it hurts! Joe no! Giles Giles come quick! Leg help me NOOOOO!!!!
Giles: See she is delirious amd it looks very uncomfortable we need to get help.
 
After scanning the hallway Aenur moves stealthily foward, trying to stay hidden as best he can.
Then, with a shudder of revultion, he sees them, 3 skeletons, all rather fresh, rotting skin and sinew hanging from their brown bones, one even had an eye intact. Aenur moves to attack them with his blade but stops and thinks for a moment. *Well, they don't seem to have noticed me yet. Might be a good time to practice some magic...*
Aenur puts his blade away and extends his hands away from his body, thumbs linked and fingers splayed, then, brow knitted in concentration, he begins to chant softly.
Slowly, slowly, a ball of fire begins to form just in front of his outstretched hands, growing in size and intensity, then, with a final word he sends the fireball streaking towards the undead.
It crashes home with a bright flash a "WOOF!" sound.
When the smoke clears there is nothing to be seen except three very small charcoal stains on the floor.
"hmmm... I hope Giles isn't to pissed off..." he mutters to himself.
Then a voice from behind him causes him to turn.
"You never told me you could do that."
Dawn has her arms crossed with a slightly annoyed look on her face.
A: "Hey, you never asked. And besides, I didn't know if I still could or not."
D: "Hmmmmm...So, any reason those things keep trying to get you?"
A: "I have a bit of an idea, but I hope I'm wrong."
D: "You gonna tell me?"
A: "No. No point getting all excited about what is quite possibly a very wild idea."
D: "That bad huh?"
A: "If I'm right? Yes."
D: "Don't worry, Buffy will handle it!"
A: "Yeah, maybe...Anyways, I'm hungry. Let's go get something to eat."
D: "You're supposed to be resting!"
A: "I'll be OK, I need sunlight! And that strength potion is kicking in now, I'll go nuts if I don't go for a walk or something."
D: "Well...OK."
A: "Great!"
Aenur goes and get's changed into some very baggy black leans and a shirt emblazoned with skulls and flames.
A: *grabs Dawn's hand* "OK, let's go!"
Aenur and Dawn just make it to the door when it get's flung open by the others bringing Amythist back.
A: "What the hell?!?! What happened? What's wrong with her?!?!"
