Maus by Art Spiegelman

This morning I finished the complete graphic novel Maus. It has honestly been one of the best and most touching portrayals of the Jews in World War 2 I have ever read. I have never shed a tear over a graphic novel, but this one truly reduced me to tears.

I was wondering if any of you have read the graphic novel and what your opinion is on it?

One of the best works of fiction I have read.
It is the first thing I refer to when people state that graphic novels are merely for children and that graphic novels can never be as powerful or as moving as books.
