I'm not sure where to put this, so I'll put it here where most non-Whedon media is talked about. And as I'm not sure if there will even be any interest at all in it I don't have much to say.
Long story short, this fan vid transforms a safe, cute Disney character into something darker and more menacing (it seems to be a popular thing to do now with many Disney characters). Shades of creepypasta. As Mavis is a vampire (and daughter of Dracula), I thought it might interest someone here.
For anyone not familiar with the series who listens to it anyway, Johnny is a human character who stumbles across the hidden monster world (where monsters hide from humans). In the canon he becomes a love interest to the vampire Mavis coming of age. In this darker take, Johnny instead (and unintentionally) awakens Mavis's vampiric hunger that will doom him and curse the world.
