I wanna see X-men 3 the most. I absolutely loved the last one and it has great characters and an interesting universe/mythology to it.

The Da Vinci Code should be very dramatic, the reviews look good, and it has Audrey Tautou in it! What could be better?

It's a toughy, but I say X-Men. Then, M:I-3 cos JJA's directing. Da Vinci Code I didn't read, so I don't know how excited or bored I should be...

I am really looking forward to all of these films, but I have to vote for The DaVinci Code.. Because me and my friend decided in September to see it together at the cinema, so yeah, looking forward to 🙂 (Unfortunately I'm going home the day before the premiere, so we'll have to wait a bit but yeah..)

X-Men 3, without a doubt. But even if I didn't hate Tom Cruise or even if I didn't think the Da Vinchi Code movie is gonna suck, I still would like to see X-Men more.

I voted Mission impossible 3. Although I'll probably see them all eventually I've only heard bad things about the Da Vinci Code book. Everyone I know who has read it (I havent by the way) said it was surprisingly boring. But Tom Hanks in the film raises my curiosity so I may rent the dvd but I'm not particularly looking forward to it. X men 3... I wasn't really impressed with the first 2. Ian Mckellen was awesome nd I thought there were good bits, but I cant say I'm a fan I will watch it, but I'm not expecting anything spectacular....hopefully I will be pleasently surprised. Mission Impossible 3 however has got me excited J.J. Abrams!!! (You know...the guy that made Lost and Alias as the endless TV adds seem to think we dont know!) Not a huge Tom Cruise fan but he's doing what he does best, plus I thought the first 2 were quite good. Whilst writing this I realise I don't actually know that much about MI:3, I vaguely remember a ricky gervais involvement!!!!(It might have been a VERY strange dream though) So I'm going into research mode. (which xmen3 and the da vinci code have not inspired me to do)

Hmm. I forgot about Poseidon (which I have no interest in).

"The cumulative attendance for May 2006 will likely surpass attendance of films exactly one year ago," the report reads. "It may also indicate that the 2006 summer blockbuster season will not begin in a slump."

Focusing on the 25-49 demo, Brandimensions delves deep into discussions surrounding the primary four films due this month, concluding, for example, that "M:I III" will benefit from the presence of Phillip Seymour Hoffman as the villain and J.J. Abrams as director, though not so much from its star.

"There is a considerable amount of negative viral discussion surrounding Tom Cruise, mainly focusing on his off-camera antics," says the report.

Hoffman is called the "primary driver" of positive buzz surrounding "M:I III." Primary drivers for "Da Vinci" are director Ron Howard and star Tom Hanks; for "X-Men 3," it is new characters Beast and Angel; and for "Poseidon," it's the visual effects.

"I've watched the HD trailer from Apple's site several dozen times," reads a typical mention of "Poseidon." "The wave approaching the ship is incredibly foreboding and almost acts as a character all its own."

"Hoffman wins an Oscar yet his name is not even mentioned in the trailer. We get it. It's a Tom Cruise movie. Big whoop," reads a typical comment about "M:I III."

For a start, its X-Men all the way, not only because i have never been taken by the M:I series, or because i think that Tha DaVinci Code is one of the worst pieces of literary 'shiznit'(look at me, i'm 'gangsta') of the last 20 years its because the first two X-Men movies are, without doubt in my mind, THE best Superhero in all its OTT glory movies ever made. The ongoing story has been superb, the casting has been spot on(so much i am even forgiving Ben Foster and Vinnie Jones' use because Kelsey Grammar is Beast!!!) and the effects have been sublime.
There have been certain flaws with use of characters that i would love to see remedied, but in a way thats true to the comics aswell, i mean Storm isn't always a key part of the big battle, but she is always there(nearly).

I think its quite Funny that within two weeks Ian McKellan is going to have significant roles in two of the years(predicted) movies as Magneto and Sir Teabing in X-Men and DaVinci code respectively.

Infact its the casting of McKellan, Jean Reno and Alfred Molina(three of the finest actors in Cinema in my honest opinion) that has made me even consider giving this movie even second thought.
I, no doubt, will see it but am in no rush as I am with X-Men.

I vaguely remember a ricky gervais involvement!!!!(It might have been a VERY strange dream though) So I'm going into research mode

No need my friend, Gervais was offered the role of the Villain, currently in the hands of the magnificent Philip Seymour Hoffman(another actor i adore, but not enough to want to see M:I) as Gervais is great friends with JJ Abrams because of the Office and his stint on Alias, but Gervais turned it down because he is not fond of the Comedian becoming Movie Star.

What happened to good TV?
thanks for doing my homework!
Xmen definately 😀

Im gonna go see The Da Vinci code but I dont hold out much hope for it. The castings all wrong and it just looks like it will be all wrong. But, I'll go and see it to find out.

And I hated MI2 so Im not gonna see MI3

X-men 3: The Last Stand of course! I am the biggest X-Men fan! I also want to see the Da Vinci Code .. that looks really good 🙂

While I liked the first two x-men movies, I know nothing of underlying comic book series and therefore I am not particularly excited to see it. Unlike DDLM, I enjoyed the DaVinci Code a lot (which inevitably has more to do with the context in which I read the book than the book itself). So, I am most looking forward to this movie. Hanks as Langdon is wrong for me, but I am interested to see how it all plays out. Tom cruise scares me and I never got into the whole mission impossible thing (I don't think I have even been able to sit still through either of them). So, in conclusion, while I have no doubt that x-men will be the best of these three movies, I am still most interested to see Da Vinci Code.

Xmen 3

Otherwise it is that crazy alien movie sorry mission impossible 3,
(lol i will see that as a second choice)
and the complete *struggles to find words*
that passes for truth and logic....
