You know, the Twilek slave girl dancing in front of Jabba's throne... in the original version, not the overhauled CGI-enhanced edition. It was well worth the freeze-frame and slow-mo on my VCR, is all I'm saying. (sw)

At the mall I live by there's a new toy store and every weekend they have a person dressed as Chewbacca walking around, handing out balloons to kids. That makes me smile every time 🙂

"sigh" the famous Mr. Goddard (for those who don't know, he's the teacher who got us to watch OMWF in class and got me hooked) emailed all the teachers about this. He taught us a whole lesson on Star Wars last year and frankly, I'm not really into it but he's funny in his enthusiasm. He was discussing one of the characters and was like "He's good and evil, that's the whole point of his character". Then he see's my blank look and he's like "Kind of like Spike" with a funny grin.

Despite how much I had to hear about Star Wars today, I still have an awesome teacher.
