A question for our US members. Do McDonalds in the US serve McFlurrys...ice cream mixed with various sweets (candies)?

Mrs P and I were enjoying the latest special edition McFlurry (Rolo) today and we couldn't remember seeing them in any of the McDonalds we'd been to in the States, though we thought that there may have been some equivalent ice cream thingy...
BTW - Other fast food franchises serve rubbish food equally as well as Mickey D's but the Pointys like a McFlurry on a nice, hot day 🙂

you guys still have Rolo? Screw you, they took it off the menue here :(
Yup! I remember quite a few strange varieties...but dont worry, none so delicious as a Rolo McFlurry. You see, it all comes down to our immaculate and unbeatable selection of chocolate.

Crunchie McFlurry anyone? Unbeatable.

Yeah, we have McFlurrys. They're about the only thing McDonald's has to boast about in my book. Most of their food is pretty weak compared even to other (mostly less-successful) fast food joints.

Droool. Every Californian on this board is about to leave and get a burger 'cause of that one photo.

So...we have established that North America has the McFlurry...now the big question...what candy do they use in Canada and the US? *fingers are crossed that it's Hershey's Caramel Kisses* 🙂

Mcflurry and smarties, the only way to go. Just right on so many levels. 🙂

Every thought of just buying an icecream from somewhere that isn't McDonald's and adding your own sweets? I wonder if it would work out cheaper and be nicer...

McFlurry with M&M's sounds awesome, do they do peanut M&M's also???

I actually don't think it would be cheaper to make your own, McFlurrys are pretty cheep, over here anyway!

Although from what I've seen on 30 rock, yours are allot bigger then ours are!

Kristine told me that in Germany they have them without peanuts. But I prefer them with peanuts, like they do in the Netherlands.

No, I think they only have the plain M&Ms.
Over here, we have a sort of limited edition McFlurry with Cornetto Icecream, the chocolate one. I <3 it. But the M&M one's still the best, ever.

Wait a minute, you guys still have McFlurry Rolo? You bitcas, I loved that one and they took it off the menue in the Netherlands, in Germany they never had it at all. Now they have McFlurry Kitkat instead, which is kinda meeeh.
Ever since McDonalds hasn't been the same, well, I haven't been there ever since cos the McFlurry is usually the only thing I eat there.
In Germany I like the M&M ones the best, but in the Netherland they use the nut M&Ms and I don't like nuts, so that one I don't eat either.
Now in Germany they got Daim flavoured McFlurry (and you can get extra caramel sauce with it) which is really nice, and I would appreciate if they got it in the Netherlands as well, cos I'm not really in Germany a lot, but it just tastes so nice.

To be fair, i cant even remember the last time I had a McFlurry...but about a week ago, i walked into a Mcdonalds (first time in at least a year) absolutely famished... looked at the budget menu and proceded to buy 5.... yes FIVE double cheeseburgers... needless to say, I was satisfied. lol.

Ok guys. I have to say it. Somebody's got to be the party pooper. You know that Mcdonalds is a giant, evil corporation that supports animal cruelty, right?

*Yawn*

I like the McChicken sandwich!

I would give up sex for a year to have one of those right now - I only had Pasta today and that was like 10 hours ago!

some of McDonald's charities are good. The Ronald McDonald House is doing alot more for people than (insert fast food francise here). So I dont really beleive they're evil.

And I am way against animal cruelty, but I dont think theyre any more guilty than any other fast food place.
