I forgot about some eggs in the bottom of the fridge. I better float test them. If they are still ok I will make some egg and salami cups tonight, maybe with some spring onion or parsley if I can find any in the garden. Then have that for breakfasts over the weekend.

I have got salmon out for dinner again, it was so nice the other day! I am definitely putting that on my normal rotation. So easy and yum, felt luxurious to eat!

I have another grocery order coming tomorrow. The prices have really gone up again and its almost worth me getting three $50 orders a week rather than two larger orders (still cheaper than driving). Still running the numbers on that. $150 a week on groceries seems obscene, but I am loving this new found ease and variety.

I need to figure out work lunches. I got some wraps in the freezer, so maybe I'll get a few salad bits and have those. I do need to go to the shop anyway.

Got some apples from the congregation yesterday. I'm going to make single serve apple pies or apple turnovers to freeze. Reheating in the air fryer is such a breeze. They can cook while I eat dinner and a hot dessert in winter is ready when I am 😀

Still going on chicken curry and roo balls. Getting more salmon in my next order too. I am going to start adding broccoli to the cauliflower cheese from the bag and see how that goes too.

I hope I like lunch, I'm continuing with the rummage through the cupboards and freezer and use stuff up, so I've got a slightly out of date can of shredded jackfruit that's been mixed with some also slightly out of date hoisin sauce and salad in a wrap.

The sauce packet was unopened at least!

If its not good we'll I've got banana bread.

I'm guessing I bought the jackfruit for a recipe that I never made.

Ate lunch. Not dead yet!

Tasted okay, was very wet though, so I'll make improvements for tomorrow.

Food delivery booked for 2nd, so need to meal plan up until then.

Curry is being made tomorrow, I've got eggs to use up so I'll have that tonight.
I'm sure I've got all the ingredients to make hummus as well, so that can be lunches.

Garlic is being roasted for hummus, freezer now has 5 portions of swede and potato mash in it.

I need to do a cupboard check on pasta supplies, and if none I'll have to rethink the tuna pasta bake idea! I know I have tuna, but I'm trying to not buy more food unless I really have to. I do have to buy butter and milk though.

I should try and make hummus again. I like hummus. Just not the hummus I made; it was vile!
@NotASlayer I find that most recipes use too much tahini for me, so I use about half the amount to start and then alter everything to taste. I just use a can of chickpeas and then wing it with everything else tasting as I go.

I've taken brownies out of the freezer, so it's hummus with either crackers, rice cakes or oat cakes, because apparently I have all 3, and brownies for work lunches this week.

I'll make tuna pasta bake tomorrow and have that both tomorrow and Friday for dinner, adding the cheese on top each night and heating in airfryer.

Saturday I might do a pie roast, I'm sure I got plenty in the freezer for one.

Sunday, not sure yet, maybe sweet and sour chicken, which I'll have Monday as well.

I will have to look for recipes again. I think I got it originally from one of my cookbooks, but I am not sure.
I've got tofu to use up, so I'll get a lemon and do crispy lemon tofu in the airfryer for Sunday and Monday.

Could do the sweet and sour chicken for Tuesday/Wednesday.

Then food delivery on Thursday.

For some reason I dont get heartburn from brioche bread. I thought it was basically cake, so this is especially surprising to me. Im happy anyway cos it means I can have sandwiches and sandwiches are so delightful and easy. I shall eat sandwiches until I am sick of it. Also, I get the brioche super cheap cos i keep ordering a brand they dont stock and they have to give me the expensive brand for the out of stock price 😀

Still have curry in the freezer, but almost through the roo balls. I made up some individual beef burgers and froze them. The cauli cheese is a staple now.

Continuing from #102, (sort of)
I need to work out my lunches to stop my figure expanding.

I bought some ice cream in self defence to stop myself from eating a baked cookie dough dessert (amusingly called "An Offer She Can't Refuse"). At least until I can remember where that sort-of ice cream recipe I used last was. I think it was closer to a frozen yoghurt.

Little roast chook to share with the dogs over the weekend with salad for me and the bunnies.

Tonight was cabbage rolls because the sour cream I got for them reaches its best before date in two days.

Yesterday was my big food shop day for the month, I'll still need little extras, like bread, milk and fruit, but it's otherwise done.

Friday: burger, new potatoes, corn
Saturday: out for pizza
Sunday: burger, new potatoes etc

Haven't figured out rest of week yet, except I want to do a mushroom stroganoff. Next Saturday I'm going to a eurovision party and need to cook for that.
