Talking to my mother today, and we call meal times different things. She's a breakfast dinner, tea, whereas I use, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

What do you call each meal?

These are what mealtimes are called in my home according to the times you eat it and what you eat!

Breakfast 6am to 11am
Brunch 11am - 2pm
Lunch 12pm - 3pm
Dinner 4pm - 8pm
Supper 9pm - midnight
Midnight snack midnight to 4am

Breakfast, lunch and it depends. Probably dinner if I say all three, breakfast, lunch and dinner, but tea if I say the last on its own.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

I don't even know anybody who drinks tea, much less considers it a meal.

"Tea" is a common name for dinner in the north of England. Elsewhere, it is a lighter meal.
Wait for the northerners to get on and tell you every meal is called tea!
I won't be able to hear them, every second of life in America is like this:

Breaky, lunch then dinner/tea interchangeably
I have a hard time eating all three at any set time, but the order is sorta right 🤣 I do have many Brinners.
