Ok, so later than planned but finally the Members Awards are back. ::evil1:: I didn't have much response to my thread asking for new suggestions so for the time being the award categories will remain the same as before - if you do have any suggestions then please PM me with them and I'll add them to the few that I received and once there is enough I will post a poll for people to vote for the best of them.😉

Anyway it's time to start voting for the following categories that are March's Members Awards. They are as follows:-

  1. Sunnydale Art Gallery Award - best banner/wallpaper maker
  2. Troika Award of Excellence - biggest know it all of Buffy/Ange
  3. Family Award - for the member who makes the boards like home for you
  4. The Xander & Anya Award Award - for humour
  5. Tabula Rasa - Best username

As before, please PM me with your votes for the above categories, ie. All registered members and staff are eligible for the Awards.

Sunnydale Art Gallery - member's username
Troika Award - member's username etc.

Voting will end 30/31st March and winners will be announced within 48 hrs.

Oh, I nearly forgot, the winners will be able to display their Award in their profile - you can see the Award I have in my profile, under my gender, I have made new award buttons. You will not have to display them in your signatures anymore, and when people hover their mouse over the award button it will give a description of the award and when it was won too.🙂 Obviously if you win more than one award it will only show the most recent award.😉
 
Damn, now I actually got to "think". That's so hard.

Months ago this would've been easy, I knew exactly who to vote for in each category, Now it's tough, everyone deserves an award.
 
I agree with Hostile. I was so new when the last awards were here. I only knew Hostile_17, Rene, and Magui. This is gunna be a hard one, but I'm glad the awards are back 🙂

I was wondering when these would come back! By the time I joined the boards, they had already passed. Good luck to everyone! *grins*
 
I second Faldor's nomination of Mr. P for the family award. I know when he's online I'll get an intelligent opinion, a precise answer, and someone who will understand and actually laugh at and appreciate my attempts at humour (and understand my strange spelling of 'humour'). I figure he's closer to sibling age to me than father, though...

Thanks for the kind words chaps. Don't know who I'll vote for in the various categories yet but flattery will get you some serious consideration 😛

I've just realised killerdwarf said "intelligent" as well...

What if a person has more than one award?,...someone like,.hmm,Rayne...???

I mentioned this in the post you quoted. 😉

I will also compile a list of all the award winners and find somewhere to stake it so that other members can see who won what awards and when.🙂

It's not really feasible to have more than one award displayed in members profiles as if they had won quite a few their profile would be really long each time they made a post.
 
I get that it only shows one award here in the threads, but could you make it, that all if you go to the actual profile, you see all of them?
