Mercedes McNab Welcomes Daughter Vaunne Sydney

Mercedes McNab, best known for her role as Harmony on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, and husband Mark Henderson welcomed their first child on Monday, Feb. 25, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Daughter Vaunne Sydney arrived at 5:50 p.m. in Greenbrae, Calif., weighing in at 6 lbs., 12 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches long.

"Both mom and baby are resting peacefully together!" the actress's rep says. "They are overjoyed with their new angel, and look forward to introducing her to everyone very soon."

McNab and Henderson, a real-estate developer, were married in May 2012 in Mexico.
