Mercedes in Main Cast

I guess people who watched Angel yesterday, couldn't believe their eyes when they saw Mercedes aka Harmony in the intro...

She made it with her role as Harmony to the opening credits of Angel. Mercedes is now a part besides Amy Acker, David Boreanaz, Andy Hallett, J.August Richards, James Marsters and Alexis Densiof of the Fang Gang.


Fred's Opening credit-scenes were also replaced with scenes of

The new opening credit scene was cool. I love it. I am glad for Merdeces. Hopefully Angel will be renewed so we can see it next TV season.

A classy act from a classy group of people

I remember an interview earlier this year from Mercedes Mcnab regarding her name being in the opening credits, and saying that it isn't going to happen this year, but would likely be in next years credits. Of course with Angel's cancellation that wouldn't happen. So she would finish her stint with Angel and Buffy without every being in the opening credits.

That brings me to last night. I was watching the latest Angel and low and behold Mercedes Mcnab had her own place in the opening credits. Classy act from Joss

I think it was really nice to put her there, since she's been part of the verse longest of all the people in Angel. Even though it's just for 6 episodes.

(For those of you, who're going to say Angel was in episode 1 and Harmony first in episode 2... true, but Harm was already in the unaired pilot, which didn't have Angel)

It was cool to see her, and changed credits. But I would of liked to seen more then one clip of Fred.

BTW I'm currently rendering the new credits, I'll have it up in about an hour.

I was quite happy when I saw Mercedes as part of the main cast...she deserves to be...

Actually when I saw her in the credits I had this sense of impending fear... Remember what happened to Tara? But once I saw that they weren't offing Harmony, I had to give Mercedes a big congrats. Also, I got upset when they changed the scenes for Fred...I was in denial about the whole Illyria thing being permenant...I just was so giddy when Fred and Wes hit it off and then, *Poof*...I had no idea a soul was so...Flammable....Thanks for the heads up Joss....
