Well, it's about time i started my own little corner here...

mostly it'll be fanfic art and rec's, which i do for quite a few sites now... but WP's and banners will also be appearing randomly lol

Life's Ending, Life's Beginning is the first story in the Lt. Buffy "Cali" Summers, USAF series and was recommended to me this morning by Mpop, who I now owe a massive thank you to for introducing me to such an amazing fic.

Seriously, Life's Ending, Life's Beginning starts on quite a dark note, during Graduation Day, something goes terribly wrong with the bomb used to defeat the Mayor, and ends up not only destroying the school, but destroying the scoobies as well.

At her lowest, Buffy is sent a message by the Powers That Be, informing her of the Stargate and how much of a threat the Goa'uld really are. Now, what really stands out to me in this story, is the fact that Buffy isn't immediately sent to the SGC and sent to the front lines with SG1 like I've read in so many other Buffy / Stargate crossovers, this time, Buffy actually has to work to gain her stripes. Life's Ending, Life's Beginning follows Buffy through Air Force basic training, her days as a recruit, or 'smack' as they're affectionately known. The friends she makes, and the enemies along the way.

This story stands out to me on so many levels, I can't say thank you enough for recommending it to me. The emotion is there, the real drive Buffy has to do the right thing against all the odds, pushing herself to be the best she can be and learn from the Air Force throughout her basic training. The story really picks up it's pace however when Colonel Jack O'Neill takes a favored interest in Cadet Buffy 'Cali' Summers, and from there it's a whirlwind ride through and through.

Life's Ending, Life's Beginning should be on everyone's tracking list, it's a fantastic story that really lets Buffy shine through as a character and continues to shine and grow on this amazing universe that Becuzitswrong has created here.

I seriously hope this series continues with Buffy's Air Force training and shows how she moves on to join the SGC from there, it's a fantastic tale and one I would love to grow to epic lengths as a series.

I definitely recognized the handle. LOL. I use the same name pretty much everywhere myself. Although, if I have to I add my zip code. I wrote a Spuffy Xover with Van Helsing with another lady that I thought about putting up at TTH, but I'm a bit of chicken about branching out with my stories. LOL
 
Lol, the Faith / Spike one is awesome, both facial expressions are brilliant and hey, they do look pretty bad ass 😀

I love Dark Willow in general. She's actually my favorite Willow persona. That Dark Willow one is EPIC.

I might do 'studies' for specific parings later... i wanted these to be character generic, including all the important relationships in them...

now just need to figure out which character to focus on next lol
