middle of the night???

What do you think about in the middle of the night when you are trying to sleep???I think about everything..I think thats why i cant sleep well...I think about what will happen tomorrow, what i am going to post here, if anyone replied to this, if anyone replied to that....I think about david borenaz....Etc.etc.etc...I know i know i know!!I am weird...But lemme ask you this, do ya think i care?😛 anyways, what thoughts put you to sleep?
 
If I think about David I;m gonna have very intresting dreams. LMAO, Oh I;m sorry! don't mind me. hahahaha.

seriously though I like to create little strories in my head and play them out hoping I dream them.

Once I had a story where I lead my own little gang of 'Scoobies' in 'The City of Angels'. (around the same time the sun was blocked out). Most of my team died in a major battle with undead.

Then my HQ was invaded by demons, killing rescued survivors, and more of my team.

I also have battles with the borg as me a medium ranked officer doing my duty on a star ship.

I love my bed time dreams!
 
The week I went to Camp and stayed there overnight without TV, I missed an all-new ep ep of ANGEL ("Salvage"). I dreamt about watching Wes help Faith escape from jail on the night the ep aired. I must have thought about it too much!
 
lol I think about way to much thats what. its part of my problem of actually getting to sleep. I usually think of whats going on at school, boyfriend or whatever is going on at the time in my life. I don't actually have a boyfriend at the moment but you know when I have one I think about them sometimes lol.
 
i only go to bed if i'm dead tired...otherwise i'll stay up all night just thinking about whatever.....either chicks...school....monetary generation....i've thought about working in a strip club...not as a stripper...way too hairy.....but as a waiter...let some women grab my ass for more tip...lol...thank good ness its just thoughts...

Oh man! I am so tired...I really should take a nap. When I read that I thought it said "I also have battles with the bong."

I was like, oh so that explains it! (hehe, just kidding) Ok...now I'm gonna get in trouble for being off topic.


Alright, when I go to bed but I can't sleep I usually think about things that happened during the day, or whatever book I read before I went to bed.
 
Well...I also think about popcorn, pepsi, trees, hills, jerkey, fire, him, him him, or a different him!!!😛 Naw not really...I may be messed up, but i and THAT weird!🙂Or am I?
 
faldor; yeah i do that too... somethimes when i trie to get a few m hours on the eye, cos i have to sleep just a bit before i go to work(i work nights on saturdays ) and i lie awake almoste all of the time i should be sleeping, thinking that i have to sleep now, i have to sleep!!
 
If I go to bed bone tired, I fall asleep when I hit the pillow. The other times that I am just going to bed to go to bed I will let my thoughts drift on the topics in my life that need thinking about. It is usually the same issues everybody has mentioned already. I actually haven't been sleeping very well recently and I am assuming it is because I have too many topics keeping me up at night and the early mornings......no fun!
 
Chasity: i hear that... i like going to bed when i'm worne out, cos i sleeps so well then and if i'm not i lie and thisnk of that i need to sleep, and what is on my mind..

you put this in to words so well, it's so great to hear that i'm not the only one who does these things!!

i hope you'll be okay, that you'll solve your probs and so on !! 🙂
 
Thanks babe! I will solve them, later on more will come...that's how life is....I just try to keep a smile on as much as possible.

In a way I'm thankful that for the past month I am usualy dead tired so I just slip into coma mode within seconds. Usually though I suffer with thoughts that keep me so anxious that I end up getting up and doing other things. But if I am really lucky I can lay down and be somewhat at peace and I run my own storys through my head to escape this world for awhile...
 
I've never had problems sleeping ever!!Which is a blessing!!I could sleep through a nuclear explosion I think........I put my head down and head straight into Morpheus' arms...... 🙂
