I've just had a marathon of Mighty Boosh and it is EFFEN A.

Anyone else like it?

I argue with my friends who love Vince Noir because the greatest character is definitely Howard Moon.

Opinions, likes, dislikes, have you seen it?

Haven´t seen much of it but since my scottish friends keep praising it I guess I should give it a try.

Love The Mighty Boosh. I just saw them live on Sunday night, and they are fantastic. Favourite character is probably the hitcher but I have a soft spot for the crack fox too. I love a bit of creepiness.

Crack Whore Fox is brilliant but I think my favourite one of character is definitely 'Old Greg'.

I love the Nanageddon episode SO much.

I am seeing them live in Wembley in Decemeber

Mighty Boosh is good, I only like the first series, I think it's got a bit pretentious now.

Oooh, I don't want to give away any details of the show but it really is great. Nanageddon is my favourite episode of series 2 just after The Legend of Old Gregg. Got to love the guy with the 'downstairs mix-up'.

Dito bluebird was'nt it a blast and Howard is amazin
But Bob Fossil and Dickson Banebridge are great I'll give you two kitkats

Howard Moon: Women would swoon when Tommy shuffled into a room. It was a different aesthetic then. Only a fashionable androgeny in Tommy's day. He was a man's man. I mean, look at you, feather cut, the pointy features. Put you in the '50s, you'd be imprisoned for being a witch. They'd lock you in a trunk!

Ohhh I am SO looking forward to it. I love watching shows like this near the end of the run because by this point they have ironed out ALL the less than brilliant stuff and added genius.

I swear - I have often been drunk on Croydon high street (I know, cool aren't I!!!) and just decided to shout 'I'm OLLLLD GGREGG'

I love it I love it I love it! I, being from Holland, spent my last eurocents to see them live. In Manchester, 23th of december. Woohoo!
I really don't know what my favourite episode is. It really just depends on my mood. I love the Hitcher, I love Nannageddon, I love Howard Moon, I love Vince Noir, I love Old Gregg, I love the moon, I love Bob Fossil, basically, I love everything about it..
And BotD, I do think Howard Moon is a better character than Vince. But, I am also unashamedly in love with Noel Fielding, so therefore I also love Vince. I'm not totally objective. ^^
Me being all in love with the Boosh can be quite annoying tho. I mean, noone here knows them so there is (apart from my sister and my best friend, who I both introduced to it) nobody I can share my love with.

Btw, Im awesome. I just catched a fruitfly from mid a ir

ah crap - i didnt get to finish the karma post before i hit my return key do''h!

knew it was a bad idea coming on here two point five sheets to the wind

but the boosh program is crap, i've had funnier tooth extractions

Is that because you've only watched bits and pieces of it? I know it took me quite a while to get into it but now I'm absolutely hooked. If you've really watched some episodes I respect your opinion, but then I am curious why you don't like it. Not in a mean kind of way, just out of curiosity. Cos I can't think of any reason ^^

Can't say I've ever saw it. It must be an across the pond thing. That could make it great...like Monty Python or shawn of the dead....or absolute evil, like The Wiggles.

I'll give it a chance when I can be arsed to do so. (A sad aatempt by me of across the pond talk for my global kindred....Lord knows how Americaneese can baffel. 😉 )

I haven't seen much of it but i saw a couple of episodes and it was one of the most random tv shows i have ever seen! But if ya know me then ya know im a big fan of randomness, so yeah what i have seen of it i love. Although i wouldnt recommend it to someone who was off their head on drugs as it may freak them out lol. Noel fielding is just sooooooo fit 😛
I actually wouldnt mind going to see it live either.

I adore The Boosh! Old Greg is awesome and i always find it funny to quote lines of his in public... 'Ya eva drank Baileys from a shoe' or 'I GOT A MANGINA!'.... Good times!

Im going to see them live in October and i cant wait! Im getting dressed up as either:
a) The Spirit Of Jazz
b) Old Greg

Cant quite decide yet... Although Old Greg will be rather fun i think... i will defo get stange looks with that outfit! And i should create a mangina out of paper mache to stick to some pants underneath and attach a small torch...

Oh... and i could use it again for Halloween! Yey... Thats a plan Batman!!!!!

Actually... i could go as the Hitcher... Id love polo vision for a night... but it might get in the way of me seeing Noel... and that would be sooooooooooooo terrible!!!!!!

Oh, and for those of you who dont know... The BOOSH are actually a band now as well, or are close to it. YEY!!!!!!

SING ALONG: 'EELS' 'EELS' EELS'
