The other day I caught a reel of Ming-Na cooking dumplings, and she shared a tip to add cold water a few times to the pot so that the outside doesn't over cook while the inside was still cooking. Now, it turns out, I like dumplings cos they are no longer a soggy mess! So I was grateful for that. Today I see she has another cooking reel, with some behind the scenes action from Agents of Shield.
